Very knowledgeable and friendy customer service. Quality and variety of paper seems very good indeed and the ability to get free ICC profiles for them is a huge bonus. Highly recommended for serious photography enthusiasts.

Good service… need chase up though
Good service. I was buying pre cut Hahnemuhle paper which was in short supply.
It as back ordered.
I had to case up up progress.
Eventually I settled for roll paper to make up shortfall.
It would be 5 stars 🌟 if I hadn’t had to chase up so much.
Good result & I’ll definitely be ordering again.

Excellent Customer Service and Quality
I was really impressed with the customer service I received when I phoned to enquire about the process of opening an account. I didn't catch the name of the lady I spoke to, but she was incredibly helpful and advised me on the best way to proceed. I purchased an A3 test pack to begin my journey with Fotospeed papers, and have been incredibly impressed with the quality so far, particularly the Cotton Etching 310gsm and the Matte Ultra 240.

Excellent inkjet photo paper for Canon Pro310
The Lustre 310 is really an excellent paper on the 310. I have no hesitation in recommending it. Quality of print finish is outstanding.

It is easy to choose a supplier based on price alone, and I think many of us naturally look for the best deal first. But it is only when you really need help that you find out what a company is actually like to deal with — and that is where Fotospeed truly stood out.
