Fotospeed really offer the complete package as far as photo printing goes. I'm no pro but the range of papers is extraordinary - possibly too many fo peole like me, but there it is. Good online videos and tutorials to boot.
I have 2 minor criticisms :- they don't seem to respond to emails (maybe I should use the phone ) and as I don't need my paper immediately I would happily have a second , slightly cheaper delivery method. Very minor issues compared to everything else they do,

Fotospeed were excellent as always. Good advice before purchase, product well packaged and promptly delivered. DPD delivery guy let them down by not ringing the doorbell and leaving it on the doorstep in the rain, but that is not Fotospeed's fault. I am always confident about buying from Fotospeed.

Ease of use...
It was easy to find out the details of all the papers that Fotospeed supplies, including ICC Profiles. The little bonus of a small packet of Haribo was a pleasant surprise and a nice touch to find in the packaging.
The only downside to my whole experience so far with Fotospeed is that there are only 2 copies of each paper in the test packs. Would it not be a good idea to offer 3 or 4 of each paper type, as well as a 'Test Image', so that those buying the papers could make a more informed decision as to which paper would suit the buyer better?
