Ordered radiator valves online as they looked good and seemed value for money. When they arrived and I unpacked I couldn’t believe how fantastic they were. Packaging was superb as well. For the money they are well worth buying and they look great on our cast iron radiator. My plumber couldn’t believe the price I paid for them when I told him. Defo recommend them to friends and family.

Excellent quality valves which look great on my new radiator. Delivered promptly as stated when ordered and a bag of Hario jellys in the box was a nice touch.

Very helpful making a plan for ordering everything that we needed, despite the Covid restrictions and good communication after sale. I received excellent service from Mark. I ordered a heritage radiator/ towel rail which at the time of ordering was out of stock but expected within a week. Mark kept me up to date on the progress of the order and it was delivered on exactly the time and date predicted. It had clearly been checked before being despatched.
I will certainly be using this company again for some of their bespoke cast iron radiators.

Foundry provided a full service from start to finish, with fast and friendly communications. Their knowledge of products was excellent and any potential issues were quickly straightened out.

A set of drawings were provided showing what would be built, and they were delivered on time as per the drawings.

The product itself is everything it should be, these radiators look great and give off a fantastic warmth. The valves and accessories are of a high quality and match well, really finishing things off.

Although I have only made several relatively small purchases from this company; some beautifully crafted black nickel plated quality radiator bleed valves.

Great communication, friendly service and great quality product

We bought 3 cast iron radiators and valves from Foundry. Mark and team were incredibly helpful from beginning to end and everywhere in between. I was a difficult customer at times but Mark was patient, fair and knowledgable throughout.
As part of a wider refurbishment project, I can honestly say Foundry were the only company that we had no trouble with.
The Radiators’s look fantastic and our house is finally warm!

The Edwardian pillar radiators installed are of very good quality and work efficiently. The valve mechanisms chosen are well made, robust and are authentic to the style of radiator. The customer was very pleased with the installation and has instructed us to order more of the same radiators for the forthcoming additional building works.
