By the time we were recommended his venture by Arroll as a source of cast iron radiators and baths we knew what we wanted in our first order so his job was somewhat easier too. He does however have great knowledge if you’re after someone helping you what to pick. His prices were more than fair, they were the best out there to say the least. We will most certainly be back to Foundry for the rest of our radiators as the renovation of our house continues, and for our baths once we get to the bathrooms.

I have never experienced such a high quality service. During the day and even in the evenings, an immediate answer came through. The direct contact was very easy. I live in the Netherlands and everything I have ordered was sent to me without shipping costs, also the small orders. I was really surprised by the high service level.

On two occasions we have bought cast iron radiators from Foundry Cast Iron. If it were possible to give more than 5 stars we would. Customer service at its best and great products.

I had a slight issue with a colour on some thing I ordered, but nothing to do with Foundry Cast Iron. I called Mark up and had a solution for my problem straight away, one that didn’t cost me any more money. He sent me a picture to make sure I was happy with it first and arrived the next day and I could get on with my job. Absolute pleasure to do business with I couldn’t recommend them enough.
