Frank Innes Nottingham appear to be run by 18 years olds fresh out of school with little to no ability and integrity.

Renting a property through Frank Innes has been a nightmare. They have lie and contradict themselves, over and over. We have seen examples of tenants not having their issues reported on to us for us to arrange for them to be fixed, when we go with contractors Frank Innes organise they replace good quality items with items barely better quality than IKEA and then charge top dollar. You ask them a question and they go silent for about 3 months before coming back to you. But do not fear for this "management" they will happily take a cut of the earnings. I have never seen such an unprofessional, incompetent organisation.

If you are either renting your own property or renting a property to stay in, avoid this company.

We were renting a property with Frank Innes that was being put up for sale.
What was a very stressful time and situation searching for other rentals, Frank innes supported us with our search and the first house we viewed with them we were accepted for renting.
Paige Briddon made the process fast, efficient and kept us updated all the way through the process.
She is exceptional and an asset to the team! I would recommend her to anyone!!

Lots of errors in communication, some really important things too, false information also. Made it a frustrating experience. I would not recommend.

We booked property 4 times. No one showed up. Wasted of time. Dont try to buy or book viewing from them. They are unprofessional disrespectful unmanaged.

I had a very disappointing experience renting a room through Frank Innes Derby. The whole process turned into an absolute nightmare. Unfortunately, they showed very little care for tenants, constantly shifting responsibility onto the landlord — but at the same time, they made it nearly impossible for me to contact the landlord directly. They provided two contact numbers: one was incorrect, and the other was never answered.

The level of customer service was extremely poor, and I felt completely unsupported throughout my tenancy. Based on my experience, I would never choose to use their services again, and I would strongly advise others to be cautious if considering them. This was, without a doubt, one of the most unprofessional and frustrating rental experiences I’ve ever had.

We decided to use Frank Innes to let out one of our properties. Niamh and Eden in the burton on Trent branch have been amazing. They have made the whole process quick and stress free and are always available to answer any questions. The advert for my property was live within an hour of the photos being taken and I was kept up to date regarding viewings. I will definitely be using them to let my properties in the future.

Again if it’s a zero star option I’d choose this, I resent having to even give them 1 star.
The agent don’t answer all your questions actively ignore you on the ones they don’t know how to answer
They don’t look after the keys to your property, or do proper inspections. Expect you to do everything including chasing them.
Quick enough to take your money but will also not tell you about additional fees and services
Let’s not forget the GDPR breach they tried to cover up - feel sorry for the poor lady’s whose passport and driving license I got sent from the estate agents.
I paid for a service I don’t feel like I ever received.
Overall a complete shambles of a company I’d love for someone to contact me about this and I’d be happy to share all.

Don’t leave your house keys with them as you won’t get them back.

I chose them because stupidly believed in their marketing success. but unfortunately taken me 9 month instead the 16 weeks. I chosen Frank Innes solicitors absolutely rubbish. my thought was will be quick and straight forward everything in one place. Simple but NOT. Waiting far to much to chasing documents keep in touch with other side solicitor updates and local authority. So absolutely NEVER AGAIN.
And of course taken the fee off which they think they deserved.
I know buying and selling previously but this beyond everything.

I just want to say thank you for Jacob who showed us round Woodborough Road NG3 5FR yesterday. He explained everything we needed to know about the house and took his time showing us around and talking to us, making us feel understood. Thank you Jacob 😊

We have had two lots of tenants leave at the same time. It fills me with a great deal of apprehension having new tenants. We have had previous tenants who have left our properties in an unacceptable standard. Frank Innes (Chesterfield) Gemma, Paige and Kiera have listened to us and have supported us to find further suitable tenants and enabled work to be completed to ensure both properties have been left to a rentable standard in a timely and professional manner. Was able to let out the properties within an agreed timescale to tenants through proactive work. Very professional and knowledgeable, easy and quick communication. Their prices are very competitive especially compared to other agents nearby. Thank you.

Holding deposit £155 refundable.thats what They said.. fank innes. But tried getting money back they said not having it back...

We have just sold and purchased property with the Mapperly Branch Nottingham . The service we got was excellent , we were kept well informed of every aspect of both purchase and sale all the way through. Alice and Bryony were both very profesional in the task and we would like to take this opportunity to thank them both for a job well done . 👍👍

I will start of this review by saying Kiera and Leah were absolutely lovely and they did their best to help me through this 6 months, but this is an Absolutely horrendous company! When I went to view the rented property, the current tenants were just about to move out so there were boxes stacked everywhere which unknown to me, were hiding BIG problems. I went to collect my keys from frank innes really excited for our new home, I have a 2 year old son with autism and health problems so getting him settled was my absolute priority and I was sure this house was our new start! When I signed for the keys they did an inventory and I looked through all the photos which looked fine, so I signed! BIG MISTAKE! When I arrived at the property I just broke down in tears. The smell hit me as soon as I walked through the door, walked into the living room and there was just rising damp all over the walls, the walls had holes in and were crumbling. This was accompanied by black mould in places. The house was absolutely filthy, all the blinds were mouldy, the carpets were marked and had dog fur all over them, I then went upstairs, what would be my little boys room was freezing cold, I then noticed the window was broken and cold air was coming through. Looked up at the ceiling in the hallway and it was bright yellow, all damp! Most of the windows in the property were blown making the whole house cold.
I rang frank innes and spoke to Leah, she was absolutely devastated and had no idea that the property was in such poor condition, she couldn’t apologise enough. Anyway, I was told that I could still move into the property and that it would all be sorted for me as soon as possible! So I moved all of my stuff in the next day only to then find out there was no heating and no hot water in the bath or shower! Again, I rang frank innes, was told it would be sorted. Anyway, a week and a half later, still no heating or hot water!!! This eventually got sorted in around 2 weeks time! My little boy couldn’t even stay at home with me because it was freezing and we had no hot water! And as for the rising damp and all the other problems this wasn’t sorted out for around 3-4 months!! So myself and my little boy were living in an absolute state for 3-4 whole months. During this time I had environmental health out who also said the property was in a Very poor state. Then Whilst the work was being carried out we had to go and live with my mum for around 4 weeks. Now 6 months later We have now decided that we are moving out, since moving in we have had nothing but issues. And now to top it off I have been without heating for 4 days, the house is absolutely freezing and yet again my little boy has had to go and stay with my mum. So I have now had to bring my moving date forward yet I’m still paying for the rent, an absolute joke! The landlord has been blamed for most of this but since talking to him it seems that is not the case. The whole thing here is, if the inventory had been done by someone who was actually capable of doing their job correctly the property would never have been rented out in the first place. But anyway, if your wanting to move into a property where issues will be sorted swiftly and done properly then I would suggest renting from a different company because their property maintenance team is absolutely terrible and don’t have a clue what they are doing.

As I new tenant, the Customer service I have received from Frank Innes in Derby has been shocking. There is no follow up of requests made. There are spelling mistakes in both the advert and contract. Incorrect information provided in the inventory and schedule of condition. eg. I live in a 1-bedroom flat but according to the inventory I live in a 2-bedroom flat. Not only was I incorrectly informed as to which company provides electricity but I was also given the mpxn/MPRN number of another flat's electricity meter. Calls are rarely returned and urgent matters that need to be resolved are ignored. The staff I have dealt with are only interested in securing the deposit and rental payments.

This is the worst agency I have ever might in Nottingham. They asked ourselves to host viewing because their staff are in holiday, but it is harder for us to contact them. We spent all afternoon on waiting for the viewer, but they didn't update us the viewer will not come for viewing.

Worst service ever. Don't ever choose them if you are planning to rent. They'll get you moved in a broken property and will not repair anything.
