This Company offered the best competitive price and availability of a particular Bissell carpet cleaner we had decided to purchase. Their website is easy to use and our new machine arrived by DPD and on the day stated. Very efficient. We hope the machine lives up to the first class service that we received from freeNetElectrical. I ordered a Bissell Carpet cleaner from FreeNet Elecrical which was delivered very quickly with clear notification of when this would be. Unfortunately the Cleaner was leaking. Initially I contacted Bissell in case it was user error, but they told me to go back to FreeNet for a refund / exchange as it was within the 28 day guaranteed return period. This is where I was really impressed with FreeNet. I was able to easily speak to a real person who arranged for the cleaner to be collected and a new one delivered within 24 hours. Really great service from FreeNet and I now have a excellent non leaking carpet cleaner.

Superb! Good variety and selection of products, well priced. I bought a steam iron from freeNET which was £28 cheaper than Amazon’s £88 tag. Ordered it just before midnight and it arrived 37 hours later. Excellent delivery arrangements with DPD - frequent text and email updates, accurate delivery time slot and, unexpectedly, a photograph of the item once the delivery driver had left it in my porch, as requested. I cannot fault freeNET or DPD - and I am very fussy! Thank you!
