I ordered a Miele vacuum cleaner and had a query about the tube, I spoke to a customer service officer called Sonia and she could not have been more helpful. I am very impressed with the customer services staff and ordered more products the same day.

Ordered a new Vax carpet cleaner w85-pl-t...but was sent a previously used product. It was clear when we first opened the box the brushes had been used as they were dirty and the bristles bent--despite the shop saying it only sells new goods. I would have sent it back if it was a local shop, but having to pay £30 to send it back on top of the £49 we 'saved' shopping here to then go buy a new one from John Lewis or other reputable company, we had to bite the bullet and just accept we were stuck with it. Would not order from freenet electricals again.

We bought a Dyson V6 from Freenet, the sale itself was no bother. The bother came when something went wrong with the machine.

When we contacted Freenet for help, they didn’t want to know. They pushed us to the manufacturer and washed their hands of any obligation. Instead of them helping us, we had to jump through all the hoops ourselves while getting quasi-snide emails from Freenet where they made it clear they didn’t even want to be in contact.

They were the cheapest supplier, but I’d urge you to spend a few more pounds and buy from someone who treats their customers better.

Freenet must be idiots because had they made any effort, we are refurbishing a house and need a range cooker, a tumble drier, a large fridge freezer - they could have had thousands in business from us. Instead, we have a broken vacuum cleaner and they have the only sale they’ll ever make to us. I hope their cheap and nasty business model catches up with them.

Ordered my hoover (which was half price!!!!) on Tuesday at around 11pm, it was delivered on Thursday by DPD in a delivery slot window of 1 hour!!!! Nothing else to say other than FANTASTIC....!!!!!!!

Pleasantly surprised. Online response to query was first thing next day Excellent order execution and delivery. Only minor niggle that they only provide telephone enquiry/support until 13.00 daily but I guess it gives them more time to deal with orders in the afternoon.

I placed my order on a Wednesday evening, receiving confirmation immediately and felt confident that my goods would arrive latest Friday. My card went through the usual checks and was accepted. At 1129 the following morning Thursday, I received an email to advise me that as I had used a non-UK card the company had declined it. I checked my emails after 1pm and missed the 12pm deadline for re-ordering for delivery this week, having been advised by DPD (a stellar delivery service, well deserving of their recent accolades) that my order would be delivered by their personnel on MONDAY five days after the original order had been placed. I spoke to a lady just now, who was singularly unhelpful and keen to finish up her work day, she spoke with a colleague to confirm that they do not indeed accept non-UK cards and acknowledged no reference was made to this on their website. She further stated that they had made a note of it and there was nothing to be done, I would have to wait until Monday for my goods. To be honest, I was very unimpressed with her lack of Customer Service, I am in the business of dealing with the public and were I to be as dis-interested in dealing with problems and offering solutions I would not last long in my job. I know the goods (Miele) will be of higher quality that the service I received from freeNET Electrical , they (Miele) have not let me down before.

Really good service from freeNET Electrical. Placed an order on Tuesday for a Dyson Animal V8 vacuum cleaner on Tuesday as it was a really good price with free delivery.
Order confirmed immediately on line. Informed of next day delivery by DPD. Updated as to the 1 hour time slot for delivery. Delivered slap bang in the middle of the time slot! Cleaner charged and used that same day.

Bought Tefal Steaming Vac. Best purchase i ever made. If you have hard floors to clean, brilliant. The buying experience was an easy process and the service was excellent.

Ordered the Dyson V6 Fluffy on Wednesday night, arrived by 10:30am Friday morning! Brand new and sealed, and significantly cheaper than anywhere else! No issues along the way, and very pleased with the Dyson!

Absolute bargain, hassle free delivery, could not be better...

Just received the delivery at my address of the Dyson V8 Absolute which cost me £399, first of all it took them a WEEK to get stock, when i rang them they said they were getting stock the next day.

When the delivery came, the box was torn and punctured and had sellotape holding the lid shut, it was just a torn tatty box that was obviously a return or a used item they sent to me as NEW.

I Hadn't used this company before, but the Dyson I was looking for was notably cheaper here than anywhere else.
Checked the reviews here first & purchased the hoover. Excellent service, email updates of dispatch/delivery. An efficient service, I would definitely use them again.

I hadn't used Freenet before and so I checked their reviews on Trust Pilot. They were good so I telephoned them to ask about delivery. A helpful and friendly lady explained the process which appeared very efficient. I ordered the Dyson V8 from them at a very competitive internet price, about £50 cheaper than the High Street. It was delivered by Interlink exactly as Freenet had said; they sent me regular emails to explain where my item was in their delivery chain and it arrived exactly to the minute that they had said it would. Well done Freenet and Interlink.

I was initially a little sceptical about ordering an item from a company I have not dealt with or heard of before.

The item was a little more expensive than some sites but unlike those other companies available immediately, so I ordered.

My new Vacuum arrived promptly and when I telephoned the company with a query I spoke with Debbie who was professional, helpful and friendly and resolved my query without fuss.

I would be happy to buy from this company again.
