Over the weekend, I ordered what turned out to be the wrong machine for my purposes and realized shortly afterwards. Rang Freenet first thing Monday morning to see if I could change the order and the lady I spoke to could not have been more accommodating; changed the order and credited my card with the price difference. The appliance arrived on the Tuesday so most efficient service and a great price too! Highly recommended

Excellent value. Prompt service.
I saw a Dyson vacuum cleaner for sale for £429 in a local chain department store on Monday morning. I found it advertised online by Freenet for £295 so, trusting previous reviews on this site, I decided to order it on Monday afternoon. The vacuum cleaner arrived on Tuesday morning, delivered by a most obliging courier company. Obviously the real test of a company like Freenet is how they react when something goes wrong, but based on my own experience so far I couldn't be more pleased.

Top notch service!
Wow, I ordered a vacuum cleaner online. FreeNet was cheaper than anywhere else. They called me within a few minutes of me placing my order to confirm my delivery address and then dispatched the item that afternoon (a Friday). It arrived on Monday and I even had the option to have it delivered to a local shop as I would have been at work when it arrived otherwise. Great prices and incredible service, will definitely be buying from freeNet again.

Vacuum cleaner arrived very quickly, and was as described. The item was subject of a voucher system, which was activated and executed by Free NET well within the thirty day period. Miele have now honoured their £30 voucher. Well done FreeNET.

Fast efficient service, great price,quality product.
My only reservation about buying the vacuum cleaner, was that I had never dealt with or even heard of this site before, so I paid by credit card as a safeguard. I received the cleaner within a few days having been e-mailed a one hour delivery slot beforehand. Sadly I didn't seeing that e-mail and I popped out and missed the delivery so I had to go online and book another delivery time and got it a couple of days later after another e-mail with a one hour delivery slot. Next time I buy I'll know to keep a close eye on my e-mails. I had chosen the model I wanted to buy, after researching on the internet and then I did a search for the cheapest retailer and found freeNetElectrical at over £40.00 cheaper then the other sites and no delivery charge. I would feel happy and confident to recommend them to others.
