Fresh Ego Kid Reviews 

Ordered 3 hats all was wedged into a tiny box. The black one has marks and now has a stupid shape. The green one looks like it's been twisted and has a dent that I'm unable to remove. The distressed one again looks twisted and now has a awful shape. When paying £105 for 3 hats you expect them to be packaged nicely and adequality so they arrive without crease, dents and marks that won't come out! I have had around 9 fresh ego kid hats never been disappointed hence my order of 3. However no way am I happy with this order £105 for 3 crushed, dented and marked hats. Absolutely Appalling. Your going to charge top money for a new era cap you gotta atleast package it professionally and responsibly.

Charge you top dollar then send you crushed damaged crap they don't care about. All they care about is your money.

Bougth a fresh ego kid cap and the color faded after 1 time use! I asked them if they could do anything and they Said the fading is because of sun or normal use! Lol i used it one time inside! Anyway i have other brand that i use everyday in the sun for 2 years and there is no fading whatsover! Quality of the cap is bad (don't think it is real new era caps), customer service is a joke offering me 10% on next purchase!

Well i will never purchase a product from this brand again!

Sent me the wrong item almost 3 weeks ago, emailed 3 times got a reply after 6 days, said they sent out my original item that day (Wednesday) checked tracking Thursday and courier hasn’t received item, still showing today (Tuesday) that they haven’t received package from FEG, terrible service, won’t use again 😡

Hate to say it but have been very disappointed with Fresh Ego. I have returned items, not recieved a refund, no responses to multiple emails chasing refund ot even any acknowledgement. As a young black male i wanted to promote this brand more, but instead left with no item, no refund and a bitter taste of disappointment, and lost £££!

Bought a new era all black SnapBack, was in poor condition had scuff marks on the hat spoke to them and they couldn’t satisfy what I wanted which was a discount or another hat, I sent photos to them of the evidence which they didn’t reply to, also put a review on there website on the hat, which has not been taken off, this was a honest review and still have evidence of the hat wasn’t in good condition, dint in the mesh at the back marks on the front of the cap, threading un done on the hat, and was posted in a cardboard box no wrap or protection for the hat in transition, you buy a new era cap from there website and this is protected in a wrap and also has a piece in the hat to keep it a circle fit etc, very poor on their behalf and even took down my review on the website wow! Truth hurts I guess still have photos of proof of the hat etc

Bought a cap from the website. When it turned up it was not the colour it seemed on the website. You need to advertise your products with a true reflection of the colour it is.

Everything I have ordered has been quality and comfortable as well. And good condition as well as no faults with it. Royal Mail take there time delivering but always happy to wait a day or so after. So much nice stuff on the website too 👍🏻
