Received an Agrifab lawnsweeper in a damaged condition.
When I reported this, I was initially asked if it could still be used in that condition!
I said that I expected a new undamaged machine, and wanted a replacement or a full refund. They then told me that this item or similar was no longer available and offered to come back with a reduction in price for my consideration. I then heard that they were arranging for their supplier to to send a new machine.
Since then I have heard nothing. Neither do I know who their supplier is.
It seems omenous that there is a telephone problem at both Reddich and Swanley depots although the website is still open. Having emailed them yesterday no reply has as yet been received.
Beware!

Good product advice and efficient service.

The longest waiting for my online shopping history! One entire order deliver in 3 or more times and need constant e-mail to find out what's coming. Everytime they will sent you a few pieces with nearly a month of guessing and traceing which still ongoing! The worst is while you're
waiting they now show you what you've bought is on sales! And they won't give you the price difference back even you ask!.

I was very please once your young man got here I felt waiting for a month was a bit much.

First time I used FRJones and Sons. I put my search in on Google and the products came up straight away under FRJones.
I like the layout of your site and found it easy to navigate with a simple checkout process. So while I was at work on my break I ordered few more t-shirts for work. I would not hesitate to order a heavy duty jacket from FRJones for Winter.

Excellent next day delivery. The product a Gardena (Wolf) longitudinal lawn sprinkler replaces a defunct 2 year old Hozelock equivalent which the latter wasn't.

Very competitive prices even outdoing Amazon. Ordering was straightforward and I was kept fully informed on delivery as some items were not in stock. Package arrived as I’d been informed securely wrapped and I cannot fault the service. Highly recommend

Two months of waiting after taking my money and not a word. Had to chase my order up numerous times. I was then told they did not have the items I had ordered. Best to stay local. F R Jones were good once but not any more.

Ordered a chain that went missing in the post, FR & son didn’t hesitate to send a new one!
Arrived the next day.

Speedy delivery

Product and price was fine and dandy.
Delivery another matter. Obviously at point of order the product was out of stock and this was not past on to me the customer.

Excellent service. Was not happy with the product so F R Jones swiftly collected the item and then refunded me in full. Very please with F R J , shame about the product.

No communication at all. Ordered over 3 weeks ago. Spoke on phone to enquire and ask for any update said too busy to provide any. Would recommend you check if in stock before committing to using. Disappointing.
