Very Friendly & Helpful

Very friendly to all staff members he encountered, gave the time of day to explain why he was visiting here in a friendly way, explain what they had done to both machines afterwards. He even took the time before he left to take myself through something I wasn't sure about, and ordered us new filters that we much need. 5 star service all round. Thank you

i wish your sales team new as much as the engineer who came out

Turned up on time, bright and well presented, did his stuff with no hassles, and he knew 10 times more about the product and the equipment than anyone else I have dealt with so far

Great service

The Frozen Bros booking in service is very easy. They keep you informed when the engineer will come. The engineer who came was very helpful, knowledgeable and fixed all the problems swiftly.
