Our experience ordering from Frozen Brothers has been nothing short of a nightmare. We've attempted to place a large stock order four separate times, and each time it was cancelled simply because we weren’t logged into the email associated with the account. Not only was there no communication or warning about this policy, but they also held onto our funds for two weeks after each failed attempt.
Unfortunately, they appear to be the sole stockist for certain products, which seems to have led to a lack of accountability and very poor customer service. Their systems and ordering process are deeply flawed, and getting a response from anyone is next to impossible.
If you have other options, we highly recommend avoiding them. However, due to their monopoly on these items, many businesses have no choice but to deal with them. Overall, it’s been an incredibly disappointing and costly experience.

Paul is absolutely brilliant, his partner engineer was delayed and he went above and beyond to ensure we were not inconvenienced in any way and the job was still completed to a high standard.
