Ordered a dressing table on the 18/01/25 for over £100 and still waiting for it to be dispatched. I received an email a few days ago saying they are expecting a delivery soon and will dispatch as soon as. How can you sell something you don’t even have stocked?. If I were to buy the same product today (13/02/2025) it states on the website that it will be delivered between the 10th-20th of Feb. Clearly a lie and not even possible. Won’t be purchasing anything from this website again and will never recommend them.

Took what felt like forever to deliver 1 package, but the rest is missing, I wish I came on here and looked at these reviews before purchasing! No reply from emails and doesn't answer the phone either!!

Do not buy from this company.

I bought a desk from here and a part was missing, they will not refund me becasuse it was partially built, they send me a desk that is not fit for purpose and now they wont refund me my money

Absolutely waste of money an time!
Spent well over £800 for some fornitures, took 2 months to be delivered and some parts was missing, they gave offer partial refund plus I had to wait other 6 weeks for the missing parts!
End of the story! They never issued that “partial refund they promised” and disappeared. AVOID THEM! Quality is worse than IKEA, they are not Italian made at all, and paint looks so poor and badly made!

Fast delivery and a great selection of furniture.

Ordered 2 x Olivia white wardrobes. As I was in Leicester they were delivered quite quick and also the assembly team was really professional. Happy with the service

Ordered two weeks ago with delivery 5- 7 days and nothing till today. Last week I received a call that they can deliver Friday but I rescheduled due to no one at home. Supposed to receive a call this Monday but obviously was ignored and no call. Today( Wednesday ) I have sent e-mail asking when they are going to deliver my item and was told no driver in my area again. I believe 3 days are enough to chose one and simply deliver. Please do not offer delivery within 5- 7 days if you cannot make it. At the end something cut the line and again no idea what are they going to do with my order. i believe if you really care about your customers you should call back. Waiting till tomorrow and will simply ask my bank for charge back

Absolute garbage quality, all the cupboard doors are uneven at the top, impossible to get cupboard back piece in (we even got a joiner) wish we had just went to ikea, total waste of £400

Ordered a cabinet that took over a month to deliver. I had to keep chasing them to see when it would be delivered, no updates on their side. Cabinet turns up damaged to the front door. Put the cabinet together anyway which took all day as the instructions are so poor. My thought process, they can replace the damaged door. I have now sent them countless emails, pics of the damage, and called them multiple times. They don’t return emails, they don’t return phone calls and I have no idea what’s going on. I’ve now gone straight to my bank who will organising a refund, the bank can then deal with this so called company. It’s been a horrendous experience, I certainly won’t be repeating. Avoid this place plague.

Quality of the product was awful, after 20months of ownership 1x 4 draw chest of drawers just got smashed up and skipped, unfortunately this meant the rest of the bedroom set also had to go, as i won't have mismatch furniture and certainly would not buy from this bunch of jokers again. All the draw runners are not fit for purpose, the ball bearing came out of of all 8 drawers (4 in the main chest and 4drawers across the 2 bedside chests). I got sent 1 set of runners to replace teh 1st 2 drawers when they went, but have had absolute radio silence when i have tried to get back in contact about the rest. AVOID AVOID AVOID would be my advice.

Purchased what seemed a nice and sturdy shoe cabinet! The product quality is very poor, I doubt this is made in Italy (more likely to be a poor Chinese knockoff)!

It’s very flimsy and not sturdy at all, it’s unbelievable but it rocks from side to side once completed ( and I have loads of experience putting this together). I notice loads of problems once installed such as the edges were peeling off, not enough glue was used, doors not aligned, very dirty in the inside, looks like a second hand unity!

I have made a complaint to Furnicomp the next day and they told me that they could only offer me a partial refund (20%) and could not take the furniture back as it was already assembled( remember I have filled the complaint a day after receiving the item!

Under the consumer rights the goods should meet the standard any person would expect taking into account the description of the goods in other words the products should be as described.

Also, it took me 4 weeks to receive the item which was in stock when I first purchased, when I chased Furnicomp they informed me that the item they had in stock was damaged and had to wait another one arrive from the manufacturer. (No one communicate that to me)

Poor customer service and I wish I had cancelled the item after their first faux pas!

I have taken the 20%, but the item has been stored in my garage for now before taking it to the dump, as I cannot display that in my Hallway!

All in all won’t used this FURNICOMP again!
If you buy from them make sure you thoroughly inspect the item before assembling it and keep the original box!

WORST PURCHASE EVER ( not cheap either)

Possibly the worst customer service I have encountered. Ordered a product 6 weeks ago, to receive an email soon after stating there was no stock and delivery would be 4 weeks later. That time came and went with no further update. After an email to the CS team I was told no stock had been delivered and they would contact the factory for an update. Another few days passed and I sent a chaser email, to be told the stock wouldn’t now be ready until end August. 3 months after I ordered and paid. They asked me to take a different colour, which is not an option, or take a 10% discount. Alternatively they would refund. I asked for a refund. Roll on another 3 days and I’ve heard nothing. They have been given one final chance to refund before I contact my bank to take action. I would never use nor recommend this company again. Worth noting the product I ordered is still actively being promoted on social media!

A had no problems with this company.The unit is perfect I actually used a wrong screw that resulted in damage. I emailed them and ask for a replacement drawer front that i would pay for and I got sent one for free.perfect Happy customers would defo buy again.One thing I would say is more communication emails.

Ordered two side boards and they are lovely! Easy to put together and very sturdy.

Very nice wardrobes with space. Functional and modern design. Will buy another in a few weeks.

Their website is not an accurate indicator of what stock they csn actually get ! Be very wary handing over your money. Ordered the bed i found , paid first installment using clearpay scheme i then got an email a week later saying the bed advertised on their website that id paid for wasnt now available and they sent me a link of a similar bed i accepted their offer thinking theyd offered me an alternative as a way of apology and the cheeky so n so’s wanted me to pay £200 more … absolute cowboys .. still not hesrd anything about my refund.. **update … i got my refund.

The delivery was a day behind their promise, which is completely acceptable because of bank holiday. The customer service responded quickly and provided me a full visibility of what was happening, which is a huge plus. Although not the fault of FurniComp, it is worth mentioning that the delivery company drops the fairly-heavy (31kg) cabinet just at the entrance of my apartment so I need to lift it few floors up, which is not a pleasure experience.

The cabinet looks idential to the photo, but I would not say it is the best quality though. For example, two of the boards slightly teared at the edge. The top and side boards won't come together without the screw come out of place. Most weirdly, two of the five screws that hold the foot onto the foot board, are too long that they are 'drilled' through the other side of the foot board.

Excellent condition wardrobes, quality materials, very pleased with our order and service, great helpful delivery men who went the extra mile.
Will be buying from Furnicomp again
