Excellent product for price.
The sofa present a sturdy look which I like.
The assembly on the arm sides is a bit loosen and not perfectly aligned, but apart that the click mechanism work well.

They carried up to the 2nd floor and assembled for me.

I've shopped at The Furniture Barn various times through the years and have been very happy with each item and the great service I've received. I've purchased custom easy chairs, wall art/mirrors and lamps. Just recently I stopped in to look for furniture for a new home and was met by Ankit who was very helpful in making a decision on which dining table and chairs to buy. I narrowed it down to 3 different gorgeous acacia wood tables. I was uncertain which table to choose and which chairs to select that would coordinate but not match. Now that they are in my home I am thrilled with the table and chairs Ankit recommended. A week later I bought a dresser and he did the same - recommending the one that was clearly the best option. He wasn't pushy, he just was confident in his knowledge regarding the best quality for price and I appreciated that. Thank you Ankit for your help in selecting beautiful quality furniture. The guys who delivered our furniture came when scheduled (within a week of ordering) and they were rock stars - that furniture was HEAVY!!

Disappointing quality.
Sells itself as a uk company and states furniture as made to order so assumed it was made in the uk but it’s actually shipped to order. I was quite shocked to see made in Vietnam on the box.
I wouldn’t recommend unless you’ve actually seen the product and you’re happy with the quality.
Bought couple of items but sitting alongside my other oak furniture it just looks cheap.
Returns policy is poor so unable to return.
Still sitting boxed up in original delivery boxes, not sure what to do with it, a costly mistake for me.

I have shopped there many times through the years and satisfaction is guaranteed. There is beautiful furniture for any room you need it for. The salespeople , to the service desk staff , and ending with the delivery men are all very pleasant and ready to please the customer. Even the warehouse manager helped me find the right bedframe. So with all this awesome customer service how could you go wrong? Mr. Massey you have done a fine job finding the wonderful staff to help run your amazing store !

Gave them a call to inquire about the round dining room tables that they have in stock. Instead I was rudely handled by someone claiming to be a sales person. I’ve spent about 10k with them in the past but I see they do not appreciate phone calls or repeat customers. No thanks. Told the guy I was recording the call so other customers can get a feel for how they conduct telephonic business.

Always had a great experience with Furniture Barn over the years but unfortunately their customer service this time has left a lot to be desired. I had a handle that broke a few years ago and they were kind enough to post a replacement out to me, I offered to pay for the item and postage but to their credit they requested neither. Great. However 2 handles have now broken on one of the chests so I again offered to purchase and pay for postage for some replacements, this was their reply from an Emily Alsopp

Unfortunately this supplier does not sell separate parts.

Obviously no help whatsoever although previously they did offer replacement parts and this is a change from my previous communications with them. I'm not after something for nothing and a little more customer service would have been appreciated.

Customer service was exceptional and product was top!

Placing an order online with the ambition of applying for Finance I received a website error during the checkout process. An initial card deposit was taken but I have neither an order reference / confirmation or any return calls from the phone messages left.
I have effectively spent over £100 to receive emails advising I have left items in my basket. Guess who won't be progressing with their order.

Great service from start to finish. all ways kept informed from ordering & delivery. Delivery guys kept me informed even to the last half hour.
The tv unit had a small dent in it. l contacted customer services straight away, they replied back quickly saying, they will send a repair person out as soon as possible. This was repaired yesterday.
As l said at the beginning, great service from start to finish. Well done to you all.

Excellent delivery (Jonathon?).. Loved my tv box ....was very good and on time, even good advice for unpacking too.

The three items were delivered by a very pleasant and courteous delivery men.Every thing was unwrapped and placed where I chose .The furniture good quality and reasonably priced wouldn’t go anywhere else

Many thanks to Richard & Matt for their delivery to us last Monday. We were given ample notice of their arrival & to our joy we didn't even have to unpack our 2 bookcases! They were placed exactly where we wanted them, & the task was completed in a couple of minutes. Much appreciated!

Gorgeous TV Cabinet
Really lovely oak cabinet. Great communication from start to finish. Couldn't recommend Lee Longlands enough (The Furniture Barn).

We ordered furnature in September 2020. We were then told that it would be delivered in Dec. Then we were told mid Jan. Then we were told mid March. Today we were told mid to late may.
Also today received an email promoting their flash sale which included the items we’re waiting for available at reduced price. I feel conned. Cheated.

Great quality. Easy process. Delivery as promised.

Took way to long to come, the piece of furniture is really good am pleased with that but wasn’t happy about how it was delivered! One guy brought a 2 man carry to the front door so I had to help get it to where it needed to be inside and it was a good job I was in as nobody knocked on my door to check before He was stood there with my sideboard,wasn’t really a good delivery for nice furniture, can I suggest using a proper firm for your deliveries in future please furniture barn.
