Good choice helpful staff straight forward procedure very quick delivery time easy payment option was not difficult only a deposit to pay before delivery. The chaps from Knottingly were brilliant, delivered early in the day no fuss no bother all installed within 1 hour.

The salesman ( Ian) , was very helpful and attentive we didn't feel at all rushed. He is a very nice person.

The sale man Ian at the Chelmsford branch was just the kind of sale person you like to meet. He was friendly, professional and well informed. But most importantly he was not pushy. Highly recommend. Great service.

I’m incredibly disappointed with the service I’ve received from Furniture Village. My corner sofa with recliner was already delayed, and after finally arranging a delivery date and moving my work commitments around to accommodate it, only 2 of the 4 boxes arrived. This meant half of the sofa was missing.

The delivery team advised that they would be able to deliver the remaining boxes that day if they were at the warehouse which didn’t happen which then meant further disruption and having to rearrange work commitments all over again to accommodate another delivery.

It’s completely unacceptable to have to keep changing my schedule because Furniture Village cannot get a delivery right the first time. Customers shouldn’t have to chase, rearrange their lives and deal with this level of inconvenience for something they have paid for.

What should have been an exciting purchase has turned into a stressful and frustrating experience. The lack of reliability and the inconvenience caused have seriously let Furniture Village down.

Based on my experience so far, I certainly wouldn’t recommend Furniture Village.

Matthew has been a great help in sorting our dining table and chairs to finish our dining room. He was very helpful with information about the products, choosing colours, delivery dates etc.

Just purchased a sofa dealing with Mat. Very professional and made the process very simple.

Caroline Page…. a very professional member of staff whose customer service was exemplary.

On entering the store Caroline quietly made her presence known before giving time to peruse the store. When we sought advice on products she was knowledgable about the items and accommodating.

After buying numerous items we found something else in the store we wanted and specifically looked for Caroline to serve us again because of our experience of dealing with her previously.

Went into the Chelmsford store for a look around and advice. Really great experience, and would also like to thank Tammy for being so helpful. A real credit to the store.
