The whole customer service experience at furniture village was a pleasure. The atmosphere in store is so friendly & welcoming.
Staff weren’t pushy in anyway and I must give a special thank you to Matthew who assisted us throughout. He was very helpful and attentive whilst also giving us time and space to make our decision on sofas.
Would 100% recommend.

The salesman was extremely helpful and explained the different types of mattresses and suitability. I didn't feel pressured into purchasing, which was appreciated. I returned the next day and made my purchase and also received a further discount fir being a regular customer.

Came into the store today after going to dfs the lady who served me was called Tammy well what can I say absolutely brilliant and very funny she is a credit to your company thank you Tammy for the coffee and cookies if you need anything go and see this lady funny isn’t the word

The sales consultant Caroline was very helpful, not pushy as I really don't like this in a sales person. She listened to what you actually wanted rather than what she wanted to sell you. The store was really busy today but didn't feel rushed. Came away with purchasing both sofa and dining 👍

Patricia was really helpful, explained the various types of mattresses, didn’t rush us into a decision.

Karunaker was so helpful in our experience. He gave us all the information we needed. You can tell he has years of experience. We were greeted as soon as we walked in to be honest it took about 15 minutes to buy the bed, he gave us a number for delivery which I called direct as he said the shop will not make money on. A real pleasant and stress free time. Thankyou karanaker I will recommend you to people I know.
