The sales consultant Caroline was very helpful, not pushy as I really don't like this in a sales person. She listened to what you actually wanted rather than what she wanted to sell you. The store was really busy today but didn't feel rushed. Came away with purchasing both sofa and dining 👍

Patricia was really helpful, explained the various types of mattresses, didn’t rush us into a decision.

Karunaker was so helpful in our experience. He gave us all the information we needed. You can tell he has years of experience. We were greeted as soon as we walked in to be honest it took about 15 minutes to buy the bed, he gave us a number for delivery which I called direct as he said the shop will not make money on. A real pleasant and stress free time. Thankyou karanaker I will recommend you to people I know.

Recently purchased a sofa and was assisted by Patricia. What a lovely, helpful and patient woman she is! Finally found the right one and it was ordered and delivered very quickly! Normally buying furniture is quite stressful, I find, but Patricia made the whole experience pleasant! So easy in fact, that I came back and purchased a coffee table.
