Furniture Village - Colchester Reviews 

We walked into furniture village in Colchester upper tollgate and got offered a cup of coffee and got greeted by Alan and Gerome the manager very polite very helpful credit to the company. They weren’t pushy. Alan dealt with us if we had any questions and we ended up buying a sofa, a chair a mirror and a rug and we’re looking forward to it all being delivered but very good service and we will be returning to the shop soon.

Jade Holman was absolutely brilliant helping us find a wardrobe ,going through everything & explaining all the details.

I had a collection and delivery on same day. The two gentleman Fin & Gav were so professional and polite.
The furniture they collected was 3 seater electric recliner and 2 seater electric recliner both heavy. They made sure I was happy with replacement sofa. I would highly recommend Fin & Gav . Thank you both

Went in with my daughter and walked round and was greeted by staff member asking if they can help, I said what I was looking for they said walk round and if yoh need any help just ask, did ask and they got Nick to help out very friendly and helpful and managed to find a settee and place a order.

Fantastic from start to finish! Amazing staff in the showroom, particularly Leslie in Colchester. Delivery team amazing as they held the new furniture whilst I confirmed my move and then delivered the following day after moving in. Installation team were excellent, very smooth install, no mess and both bed and sofa set up effortlessly. I cannot commend Furniture Village highly enough.

We dealt with Jade at the Colchester store. We only went in for a clock and ended up buying a clock, dinning table, six chairs and a sideboard. Jade took the time to go through everything with us without any pressure. We Viewed everything on Saturday, left and returned to buy on Sunday morning. Jade was very polite, knowledgeable and professional, yet personal too. Special thanks also have to be given to Gerrel (Mr G) and Paul for their input

Excellent service in Colchester store at initial ordering. Very reasonable prices. Given delivery date and items delivered very close to that date. Furniture very good quality. Delivery staff were excellent funny, polite friendly and very professional would have no hesitation using Furniture Village again and recommend to friends and family.
