We dealt with Jade at the Colchester store. We only went in for a clock and ended up buying a clock, dinning table, six chairs and a sideboard. Jade took the time to go through everything with us without any pressure. We Viewed everything on Saturday, left and returned to buy on Sunday morning. Jade was very polite, knowledgeable and professional, yet personal too. Special thanks also have to be given to Gerrel (Mr G) and Paul for their input

Well I ended up buying my chairs from Furniture Village because the assistant, Lesley was friendly, attentive to my request for comfortable lounge chairs. Certainly not one of those pushy persons you find in a lot of retail outlets. Thank you Lesley.

Where to start from the minute we walked into the Colchester shop Nick was so helpful, not pushy but listened to what I wanted & assisted perfectly. I was contacted with a delivery date & on the day notified of a time window 😁. Alex & Scott delivered my furniture on time & with such efficiency. They were polite & professional & very respectful of my home. Alex noticed one of my chairs had a slight bit of damage & reported it. Today a lovely lady phoned me & organised a replacement. Definitely recommend this company to anyone 😁
