Great friendly staff, Alan Burton was very helpful with my purchase's not pressurising, just friendly. Furniture Village in Colchester is a nice bright store, with a lift if needed. Thank you for the advise and the cup of tea went down well also.

From the moment we went into stock Jade made us very welcome and also all the different leathers and cloths the Edison range came in and ended purchasing the corner sofa and armchair which we didn't intend buying.

Excellent, poliet sevice. Friendly and professional. After a poor experience at the Chelmsford branch where staff told me they would not help me, the Colchester branch were the complete opposite! I was greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. Jade knew her stock, after briefly explaining what I was looking for she showed me to the perfect purchase and guided me through the whole process. Superb experience.

Friendly and personable staff especially Nick. I bought a sofa and chair today. Nick was attentive but not pressurising he was welcoming but not over bearing. I’d definitely recommend going to Bint from there and shall be going back to get a rug. Really pleasant shopping experience

Gerrell the sales manager was so helpful for us when we came in to look for a sofa and table for our new house. Once we had found the sofa and table we liked he spoke us through all the details and care plans we might need. He was super helpful and friendly and cannot thank him enough. Amazing service and will definitely come back in the future

The delivery specialists Steve P and Ben A kept me informed about the delivery time.
Upon arrival time, they unpacked the boxes and then carried the items to my designated location, where upon, they proceeded to fit everything together. No mess, no fuss. 

The guys were polite, efficient and friendly, I am very grateful for their service.
I also thank Alan, for helping us with our purchase, he was very friendly and helpful, and assisted us with a detailed plan of action.

Reasonable prices quick delivery and clear communication

Well, when we first came in, I was unsure that furniture village could have quality products that would suit our needs
Soon as we walked in, we were greeted by a pleasant man who asked if we needed any help. I said I need more than Help ha ha ha ha ha ha.
He said, I’m sure I can help you somehow hi I’m Nick
I told him what we were looking for and our needs he understood and made us feel very comfortable trying lots of different beds and took the time to understand our needs we spent about 3 hrs in the shop.
He worked well with the floor manager to come up with some options for us and was very helpful not just with us but with our children understanding their needs to we bought a bed and a wardrobe and will be going back and getting our sofa from there.
Overall great experience and thank you to Nick for all your help and understanding. Not just a salesman, but he understood the product and a great background of the products.
