Furniture Village - Colchester Reviews 

Visited the Colchester store tue and was greeted by a lovely helpful man by the name of Gerrell. He was soooooo helpful and answered all my questions even spoke to my husband on the telephone who couldn’t make it to the store. I went away with all the information I’d been given to discuss with my husband. Went back to the store today and was pleased to see Gerrell there again today. He again was so helpful as I was struggling to make a decision on a particular mattress so he patiently was explaining all types of mattress and was very patient. After a while and a hot drink that he kindly made, I finally chose a mattress along with a headboard and a bed. So thank you Gerrell for all your help. Great experience at Colchester Furniture Village xx

As first time buyers on the hunt for new furniture for our new home Gerrell was fantastic at helping us and made the experience exciting instead of daunting & overwhelming. We came away with some lovely furniture that we are really looking forward to having in our home. Super friendly guy and we will definitely be back at some point after we had such a good experience in the store. Thank you Gerrell.

Had a nice greeting from Alan when we walked in the store and was directed to the area of furniture we were looking at and was left alone to find what we were looking for which was easy in such a great store as furniture village justice we wanted assistance Alan paid and was very helpful With certain things. We didn’t think of we were very happy in what we saw and was given a good discount as buying a few items out at home in a family 5 atm very pleasant surroundings and wonderful home furnishings that catches the eye J Hughes

Wrote a review on here a week ago stating customer service is a joke and reading a lot of these reviews I am not the only one who thinks this. They put there nice comments answering my problem and asking me for more information which I done this is just a delaying tactic and hoping you will get fed up but I can assure you I won’t let this rest and make future customers aware of what to expect. You rang my wife who asked you to call me as she not at home and I was dealing with it. You confirmed my phone number with her, but guess what I am still waiting for that call.

Lucy wasn’t pushy . Very informative and patient . Understood our needs totally .
I have mobility issues and Lucy was very understanding about how hard just trying the mattresses was for me and checked I was ok constantly . Excellent service and great sales(women)ship
