The buying process is really simple, no pressure and lots of advice offered that feels real not just there to make you spend more.
Delivery time was good and the delivery team were great even though it was a bit of a challenge.

But what earns the 5 stars is when you have a problem and the customer service. I spoke to Hassaanah and the service and attitude was all brilliant, whne you have a problem, you want someone to set in and take ownership and that's what happened. Good work Hassaanah!

I have a minor issue with 2 recliner chairs recently delivered. Alice at customer care was very helpful in arranging for a technician to visit to resolve the problem.

We walked into the store and received a warm welcome from 2 floor personnel.
We made an enquiry over an item and whilst it wasn't in stock, they checked other stores to find one to visit. We had a lovely cup of Coffee each which was really appreciated. There's always a relaxed atmosphere when you visit and the store personnel are always welcoming.

Lesley was really kind and patient - a perfect salesperson. Would definitely buy from her again. Happy with our order, looking forward to receiving it!

Salesperson (Jade) was friendly, professional and knowledgeable about range offered. We were offered coffee - nice touch when spending so much time and money in store. Paperwork was completely quickly and Jade was great at explaining everything.

We finally bought our sofa’s & chair after going into furniture village 3 times, each time we spoke to Jade who was very patient with us & answered all our questions, she made our sofa buying experience a good one.
Every store should have a Jade !

Order was delivered to our house with tge allocated time slot. Billy and Davy assembled the table effectively, care was take during the process. Very pleased with their work.

Alan Burton was a really nice man. He didn’t give us any hard sell, he was kind to our family and took the time to help us while we dithered and decided what we wanted. We were very pleased with our experience in Furniture Village and are excited for our son’s new bed to arrive. Thank you 🤩

We have bought bespoke oak table from this shop, it have crack in the middle, my husband got splinter from it, it’s proper cracked but don’t want even send someone to expect it. They keep saying that it’s natural wood crack . I am really disappointed with them service . Totally didn’t expect this as we also have ordered other bespoke furniture from them and don’t know what to expect. They take a lot of money and no responsibility! I will never buy from them again , route and unprofessional customer service
