Service is unsatisfactory.Promised date for delivery was not kept. Base for the mattress was not defective.A picture of the defect was taken by the delivery person.Hopefully the will take note of the defect. One of the base holders was broken. The delivery person has informed the company and it will be replaced but no date has been given. One mattress protector was missing. Delivery person asked me to contact the store and collect the missing protector. The mattress is not of the same size of the base. The mattress is smaller than the base

Products and delivery was great. All staff was so friendly and helpful that’s why as soon as we received our sofas, we have ordered bed and mattress yesterday.🤣

We recently purchased a beautiful sofa for my mum from Furniture Village in Enfield, after looking at so many different options elsewhere. From the very beginning, we were lucky enough to have Asif helping us and his exceptional customer service was one of the main reasons we chose to purchase from Furniture Village and particularly from him.

Asif was incredibly patient, kind and knowledgeable, without ever being pushy. My mum will be 80 this year, and when making a big purchase like this, it’s so important that elderly customers don’t feel rushed or pressured. Asif understood this completely and gave Mum all the time she needed to make her decision.

He was thorough with every detail, even taking the colour swatches outside into the daylight so Mum could see how the colours looked in natural light. He was always offering us refreshments, and today we were even treated to freshly baked cookies with our hot chocolate, such a lovely touch!

The whole experience was relaxed, personal and enjoyable, and Asif genuinely went above and beyond our expectations.

We would highly recommend Asif to anyone looking for a new sofa. His customer service was exceptional and he is a real credit to Furniture Village. Thank you Asif, for making what could have been a stressful decision such a lovely experience for my mum!

Had a good service from the store to distribution called when my delivery would arrive

I had a great experience at Furniture Village, especially thanks to Manuel. He was very friendly, helpful and professional throughout the whole process. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and made everything easy and stress-free. Asif was very professional, kind and helpful . It took time to listen and waited patiently as I went through the colours and designs of fabric . Through his guidance I believe I have found a sofa I will be very happy with when it arrives.He even threw in a few extras for good measure. I am happy that I chose my sofa from Furniture Village.

Brilliant advice & professionalism

Terrible delivery service. Table arrived with chairs lost which I did not accept and then chairs arrived with table lost which I again rejected. Customer service and delivery teams are just not connected with no one knowing what’s going on. Everyone is apologetic but am short on a table and still no answer. They need an upgrade to their delivery service and tracking mechanism.

My experience with Village Furniture was a good one. From the time we entered the store in Enfield, the customer service myself partner and I received from the staff was excellent, especially from Arafat Akbar he was patient and he explained everything brilliantly. We enjoyed the cookies. The delivery of the goods went smoothly.
