Furniture Village - Enfield Reviews 

Terrible delivery service. Table arrived with chairs lost which I did not accept and then chairs arrived with table lost which I again rejected. Customer service and delivery teams are just not connected with no one knowing what’s going on. Everyone is apologetic but am short on a table and still no answer. They need an upgrade to their delivery service and tracking mechanism.

My experience with Village Furniture was a good one. From the time we entered the store in Enfield, the customer service myself partner and I received from the staff was excellent, especially from Arafat Akbar he was patient and he explained everything brilliantly. We enjoyed the cookies. The delivery of the goods went smoothly.

Great guy who looked after us

We just went to have a look at sofas only but then we met Arafat who went high and above with the help of the store manager Amgad who was equally helpful in making sure we got the sofa of our dream. Thank you both very much for your help. Highly recommended and would definitely come back again.

Asif was able to accommodate everything my wife and I needed. Provided excellent advice/service, built rappor which shows he knows what he is doing. Very professional and patient. Will definitely purchase from this store again.

Went to the Enfield Branch today Leigh was extremely helpful especially as I was restricted in size found the sofas which fits perfectly would recommend this branch very helpful but not pushy

Excellent customer service, the sales representative who looked after us was professional, knew his product, and allowed us to view several pieces without following us is around, he gave us tome and space. I hate it when I'm being followed in a shop. He was excellent and we would like that to be passed on to him.

Amazing service from start to finish! The sales assistant, manager, and delivery team were all professional, friendly, and well-organised. The entire process was smooth, and the product was delivered even earlier than expected. Highly recommend!

Sales assistant was brilliant

Staff was very helpful, and I'm very pleased with the items I bought. The only negative point was the delivery. Nothing to do with the delivery team, they were great, but the mattress was delivered with a mark that from rubbing on something during transport. While I don't thing it will affect the normal functionality, it should not happen, specially on an item of this price

We had a great experience with furniture village ,the choice was good and the sizing perfect.The leather is good quality and the colour is perfect,delivery was great and the guys put the recliners together and cleared all of the boxes away and took them with them .Our other leather sofa’s,also from furniture village ,have lasted almost 20 years and we hope that these ones do too.
