Furniture Village - FC Southampton Reviews

I really don’t know why I am writing another review , as I know it will not get me anywhere.
This saga has now been going on for months, since about March.
Now been to ombudsman who closed our case after getting back to me quoting many incorrect facts about our case, that were not in the complaint I made.
I am so very upset and tearful that no one seems to want to believe us that we have done nothing wrong to cause the problems with our two sofas.
I don’t think I will ever get over how Furniture Village have dismissed us and obviously think we are lying about how our sofas have become such a mess.
Every way I turn, no one seems to want to help us in what is a genuine complaint.
There seems to be nowhere else I can go to get a fair result.
Please think hard before taking out furniture protection insurance with Furniture Village as we have found it not worth the paper it is written on and a waste of £310

Luke and rich delivered our sofas without any problems.they disposed of the packaging left it clean and tidy,were a credit to furniture village,and no mishaps getting it in the house,thankyou boys

Luke and Rich were very careful, efficient and helpful. Luke even fitted felt pads to the sofa feet for us.

Excellent customer service from purchase to delivery.
The shopping experience was first class, the sales team in the shop were kind, knowledgeable and very professional. The delivery team were also very professional. Quick, efficient and made sure we were satisfied with the furniture, which we are!

Great guys, arrived exactly at the start of our time slot and we're very efficient and tidy building the table. Would highly recommend!

In store experience was excellent - we were talked through all of the options by Mark and didn’t feel rushed at any point to make a decision. The delivery service experience was also excellent. The guys were on time and built the bed quickly with no fuss. They were also very tidy and great to deal with.

The delivery drivers Lee and Lewis were awesome, going above and beyond to deliver our two new beautiful leather sofas!! Kudos.

Had a bed delivered the two guys unloaded and put bed together they were polite and helpful.I would recommend them for house removals

Mattress was delivered carefully on time. I was given a 3 hour window and then given about 30 minutes notice of their arrival. First class delivery.

Delivery drivers called to let me know when arriving. Very polite and friendly in a professional manner. Took care and very considerate, laid down mat to protect floors. Nice to see people smiling too.

My sofas arrived on the day informed and exactly on time. I know because I was so excited I couldn’t take my eyes off the clock. They were very friendly, polite and very efficient. No mess, no damage and I was surprised how quickly they put the furniture together. They even showed me just in case I ever have to move out for redecorating. Furniture was installed just where I wanted it.
Excellent service all round.

Delivery and completion carried out bystaff today exemplary. Took good care of walls etc and left no rubbish. Very polite and made sure all was ok before leaving.
Delivery time estimated 11/59-2/59 received my goods before noon excellent service . I will comment however that I received a text at 11/47 saying my delivery was going to be 11/45 - 12 considering I was 5 min away but had to get my elderly father in the car quick the notification needed to be the full half hour as stated would be appreciated apart from that all good .

From the moment of purchase, with a very helpful salesman. To the very efficient delivery and installment of the sofa.
I have been impressed with the whole experience, and would happily recommend furniture Village to friends.

The 2 delivery guys were polite and phoned ahead to let me know they were nearby. They placed the item in situ as requested. Respectful of property.

The guys arrived on time, were polite and respectful of our property. They quickly exchanged the faulty goods for new and left everything tidy.
