Excellent customer service and quick delivery

The sales associate was very attentive without being pushy. He made himself known but gave us plenty of space and time to browse and shop. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer and question we had.
The lead times for delivery were good and what we expected. Overall a very good service and shopping experience.

This was our second visit to the Gillingham store and we were made welcome from the moment we entered the store. Darhys was extremely helpful, but not at all pushy and we spent a significant amount of time selecting the style, material and colour. We are happy with our purchase and the service from Darhys was excellent.

I purchased the Aura sofa from the Gillingham store and had a fantastic experience with Tom. He was extremely helpful, friendly and patient throughout the whole process, making everything so easy and stress-free for me.

Tom took the time to help me make the right decision and I really appreciated his advice and support. I can’t thank him enough for making the whole experience so straightforward and enjoyable.

Great range of products, plenty of choice in sizes, colours, finishes (dining tables). Competitively priced. Friendly & helpful sales staff - not overly pushy & knew plenty about the products we were interested in. Delivery service a bit pricey but includes furniture set up.

Tom was very knowledgeable about the products and explanation.
Put me at ease and answered my question well.

When we walked into the store we were made to feel welcome.
Darhys who helped us order our sofa was so knowledgeable and helpful. He explained the ordering and delivery process clearly.
A very relaxed experience, can’t wait for the sofa to be delivered.

Walked around the whole ground floor looking for a sales advisor. Only one but had customers so went upstairs walked all around the top floor and nobody there to serve me.
I came down stairs walked around again and found a person.
Another customer approached the salesman as I saw them too.
Would be good if there were more staff to serve customers.

I saw a pillow at Chatham store..it was not in stock..so a pillow was ordered from Dartford store ..it's been 8 days and I have heard nothing

Gino was superb in walking us through the various bed options and prices. He was great in allowing us to make an informed decision. He was clearly an expert in his field and we can't thank him enough

Customer service/sales reps really approachable and helpful. Knowledgeable about all products and if not sure won’t blag it, they found out the facts.

I had a fantastic experience at Furniture Village thanks to the excellent service I received from Darhys. He was incredibly helpful, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. He took the time to answer all of my questions, made sure I found exactly what I was looking for, and never made me feel pressured. His customer service was outstanding from start to finish, and he made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. I would highly recommend asking for him.

Felt quite pressured into a purchase.

The guy we dealt with Darhys was very helpful, very pleasant, assisted when we asked some awkward questions about the sofas , so we walked in and walked out with what we wanted. Had a coffee whilst doing a walk around and testing the sofas, my child was being a child and jumping 360 from one sofa to the next and he wasnt even bothered by that which some are. Great stuff👍

Was lovely and casual in there. I hate it when people pounce on you straight away.
A salesman came over and asked if we needed help, was very informative and helpful. We bought a corner dining set and bar stools.
Had a lovely drink and would definitely shop again
