Good selection of furniture and very friendly and helpful staff

John Morrison was extremely helpful in helping us choose our new sofas.

We were left alone to view everything , an assisted came to me when asked to and advised on the sofa we were looking at ,finally we chose it .

I have bought from Furniture Village from many years and have never been disappointed from the point of ordering to delivery.

The staff on the shop floor are always and are never pushy.

Thank you to Tony, Lee and Lewis, who delivered my sofa, keeping me updated of where they were at every step of the way. They were polite and respectful; a credit to Furniture Village.

I am having my whole house redone including all new furniture. I placed a very large order with furniture village and must say the service has been excellent throughout. I shopped at the Ladymead Guildford store. Margaret the sales lady was exceptional, i cannot praise her highly enough. My order was delivered in three stages, the first my bedroom furniture was done by two guys who were friendly courteous and efficient, the units were put together in no time at all. I can't remember their names but they were brilliant. Second delivery ere my living room furniture. Once again two lovely guys whose names I can't remember but gave the exceptional service I have come to expect from Furniture village. Today I had the third delivery of my coffee and side tables and a beautiful book case. Saul and Oakley did a truly marvelous job and very quickly too, I am highly impressed and would happily recommend this company. I am still waiting for two table lamps but I am sure they won't be much longer. Well done Furniture Village always reliable with excellent service and thank you so much.

As always 5 star. What would we do without this furniture store. Every member of staff in the Guildford store are lovely and so polite. A special shout out to Gary. Thank you for dealing with our order today!

Update: All is not so good. The wrong chairs were ordered. Then the whole order went down in price shortly after ordering. Gary was understanding and agreed that we would be refunded the difference (given that we have not yet received the order) but this has not happened to date

Jhon was absolutely amazing. Me and my partner went to buy a sofa and a reclining armchair and Jhon made the effort to explain the different types of material, size and did not rush us at any point and he even offered to make us a coffee.

assistant who took our order was very friendly and very efficient would reccomend the Guildford branch 100%.

Our new settee was delivered on time and the drivers, Mehtab and Lee R were very efficient and friendly. They were very careful putting the settee together and showed me how the recliner, etc works.
The sales lady who sold us the settee could not have been more friendly and efficient too. All in all a very good experience.

Excellent staff member John at Guildford branch. Super friendly, not pushy at all! Answered every question and made sure we had all the information. Even chased us up to make sure we weren't caught out for the parking

John was a brilliant sales person and assisted us in every way, we had great assistance from the designer team in ensuring our furniture would fit and the delivery team of Rismy and Rausheed were second to none.
The only negative was whilst enquiring about where the cables for the batteries should be stored/hidden, this extremely rude woman, possibly Eastern Europe had absolutely no manners and kept telling us to “just kick them under the settee”

Sales assistant was keen to give advice on types of mattress and materials. Offered some discounts on purchase.
