We had a great shopping experience
We had a great shopping experience. Gary, the sales consultant at the Guildford branch could not have been more helpful. He asked questions to understand our requirements and showed us relevant options without trying to push us into a purchase decision. As a result (after visiting other furniture stores over the next couple of days) we decided to contact Gary and purchase from Furniture Village.

I purchased a new sofa with Iain
I purchased a new sofa with Iain, his customer service was unbelievable amazing, he spent loads of time with me demonstrating and explain each sofa and which one will suit my needs, walked away absolutely chuffed with my purchase, especially as the transaction was super smooth, all my questions answered and had great support with the delivery, Iain is the man to go to, thanks again!
