Nadia was very patient as I tried out every mattress in the store. She contacted the various manufacturers to ask about a non-standard size, and when I did choose the right mattress, she included a 'bespoke' pillow for free.

They are a credit to Furniture Village, it is actually the best service i have ever recieved from a store... and the first review i have ever left.

Clarence, who served us, was extremely polite and helpful. We explained what we wanted and he gave advice, but did not crowd or try to push us towards a particular product.
We will certainly return if we need other items of furniture.

The sales assistant Nadia Jani was very helpful and knowledgeable about the furniture we were interested in.

We needed a sofa. We looked online and furniture village looked like a great option for us of the furniture stores in the area. We looked online at their options then went into the store and were happy to see the same sofas in person from online. The shop is really nice and open, we could try out all the sofas and features. Neil was very helpful and friendly without any pressure to buy, just informative and gave us some tips around sofa materials and price. Processing the transaction and order was quick and hopefully the delivery and set up will be just as easy!
