Furniture Village - High Wycombe Reviews 

Went into Furniture Village by accident really on Sunday as went to go to another bed store but it had gone! Received a friendly greeting from Nile and also later on James and finished up buying two items as it felt relaxed and non pressured and we were allowed to change our mind several times without any visible rolling of the dyes. We had plenty of time to choose and refine our items and felt a fair price was achieved in the end. Pleased to have met Nile and James

Neil was brilliant! He was super helpful, knowledgeable and made the whole process really easy. Found exactly what we needed and gave great advice. 5 stars and would definitely recommend him.

Nice not to be constantly hassled by pushy salespeople, just one initial “can I help you”… when we were ready to order the salesman (same one who we saw initially) was knowledgeable, friendly, quick and not pushy at all.. a pleasure these days and it led to a trouble free transaction.. after sales delivery service quick too, no complaints..

I met an amazing staff at the point of purchase and delivery was also so smooth

I recently bought a 2-seater sofa, a mattress, and an ottoman bed base from Furniture Village. I am very satisfied with both the products and the service. Taz was friendly, patient, and took the time to explain the different products to me without using any hard-selling tactics. The quality of the furniture is excellent. I would definitely choose Furniture Village again in the future.

All the staff and management we spoke to took their time, without being pushy, to give their advice about which combination of seating would be best for us. This included measuring up and marking out the dimensions as the showroom is very spacious and so sizes can be deceptive.

We were assisted by Marky Pitt and he was very accommodating and welcoming to my nan, he was very kind and approachable going through everything at her pace and ensuring she understood.

Nile Connell was extremely helpful and kind to us. First time mattress buyers and honestly couldn’t recommend him enough. Showed us the entire selection and explained everything to us.

I ordered and paid for the furniture on 29 May and was told the dining set would be delivered within about 2 weeks. It is now 17 July and I have heard and seen nothing.

Ilham Rfazly and his support worked so hard to get the furniture into my bungalow it wasn’t easy. He really was respectful and kind I appreciate them all for doing an amazing job in very hot weather Thank you xx

The wardrobe we ordered was due to be delivered and assembled after I finished school for the summer. They brought this forward to June 15th which was too early and I managed to change this to July 8th. The assembling team arrived early. I had put a note on the floor in regards to positioning and my wife reinstated this. The 4 inch gap was meant to be behind the door. Not only was the gap the other end but there is a back panel missing. My wife has a broken ankle so wasn't able to get upstairs to see the positioning. The assembling team said it will be 2 weeks to get a panel before they left but they didn't leave any messages to confirm this or a date. All of our wardrobe contents are spread around the rooms waiting to go into the wardrobe but we can't store them until the panel is added and the wardrobe is in the correct place. There should be some after care to ensure that all went to plan rather than leaving it to the customer to wait or chase themselves.

Nile was excellent, very friendly & super helpful. I was looking for a bed & he was really helpful & gave me lots of different options and information to consider.
Second time I have been to Furniture Village and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

The representative I spoke to named Nile listened to my requests for what I needed from a new sofa and found one that I not only really liked but also ticked all the boxes. Very happy with the purchase and the customer service. Nile was very easy to talk to and made the process enjoyable
