Had a great experience at Furniture Village High Wycombe today. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door by Clarence Paul. He was so helpful and knowledgeable about the sofas I was interested in and the other products available. I will definitely consider Furniture Village first when looking for other items of furniture and would highly recommend.

I went to Furniture Village to look at beds. I was approached by a sales advisor, Marky Pitt, by which time I'd had time to browse and chosen the bed I wanted. He was friendly and helpful and went through the different options that were available, along with the prices. As we went through the details, he offered me a drink, which I accepted and confirmed everything with me before placing the order.

Always had brilliant customer service here. Highly recommend

Furniture Village High Wycombe, Brilliant service!

We were helped by Neil and Marky, who were fantastic friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. We bought dining chairs, 3 sofas and a double hybrid mattress, and they made the whole process smooth and stress free. Great advice, clear explanations and nothing was too much trouble. They also gave us fresh cookies and coffee!

The quality is excellent, delivery was custom arranged, and we love everything we bought. Big thanks to Neil and Marky we’d definitely recommend this store and will be back!

Our salesperson,Abdul Ismail was polite, had all the information we needed and gave us the time to change our mind a couple of times! He was professional and explained everything clearly.

Very Very upset .. i went to buy a sofa and on the day decided on a bedroom chair .. was told it would take 8 weeks .. the chair came in 4 days its so big … men left my hallway .too big to move wont fit anywhere very upsetting as i cant walk very well .. when i called the dfs i was told i CANNOT return it , yet on gov website you have 14 days .. they said it was made especially for me ..Ilt took in Four days!!,, So Definitely Not made for me in two months.. its awful ... staff at the call centre are very nice apologetic ..Staff at store not wanting to help .. cant stop shaking… very very upset .. shame on you DFS ..
