Very Very upset .. i went to buy a sofa and on the day decided on a bedroom chair .. was told it would take 8 weeks .. the chair came in 4 days its so big … men left my hallway .too big to move wont fit anywhere very upsetting as i cant walk very well .. when i called the dfs i was told i CANNOT return it , yet on gov website you have 14 days .. they said it was made especially for me ..Ilt took in Four days!!,, So Definitely Not made for me in two months.. its awful ... staff at the call centre are very nice apologetic ..Staff at store not wanting to help .. cant stop shaking… very very upset .. shame on you DFS ..

Very helpful sales team accommodated us on several visits whilst we made her mind up with different tables and chairs and looking for a sofa. The whole price was very easy, thank you.

Ex display sofa bought at a discount, and staff arranged an immediate delivery for me - new sofa was loaded onto a delivery van there and then. Delivered 30 mins later with my old sofa collected at the same time.
Very pleased with the service and the new sofa.

From the moment we walked through the door we were made to feel welcome by Greg and indeed all the staff we came in contact with. We were there to buy a bed and very quickly found what we were after at a very fair price. The store was pretty busy and we needed to wait for someone to be free to place the order, but honestly we were so well looked after by Greg again who was visiting the Store today, (can’t remember his position, sorry!) had a lovely coffee and cookie and a very pleasant chat . Then James took over and dealt with our purchase , efficiently and professionally and even added a couple of new pillows as well. Very impressed with the while experience, an absolute please to go into a store and be treated so well and with such a friendly attitude, nothing was too much trouble, if only more stores could be like this. Highly recommend and would certainly go there again.

We want to say a very BIG THANK YOU to Nile Connor at High Wycombe. We were in the area and simply called in to see that FW had to offer. Nile could not have been more helpful and showed us a number of possible items. We spent a long time with him as we wanted to get a good idea of what FW could provide. There furniture is first rate and there were some excellent offer available. Nile ordered some material samples for us.
We could not get back to High Wycombe and in the end made purchases at our local store. This was made so much easier thanks to Nile. If you to the HW store, look out for him, he will look after you very well.

I am really happy with Neil every time I come here, wonderful service, I really recommend
