Furniture Village - High Wycombe Reviews 

We want to say a very BIG THANK YOU to Nile Connor at High Wycombe. We were in the area and simply called in to see that FW had to offer. Nile could not have been more helpful and showed us a number of possible items. We spent a long time with him as we wanted to get a good idea of what FW could provide. There furniture is first rate and there were some excellent offer available. Nile ordered some material samples for us.
We could not get back to High Wycombe and in the end made purchases at our local store. This was made so much easier thanks to Nile. If you to the HW store, look out for him, he will look after you very well.

I recently visited the High Wycombe store to look for a new sofa.
Nadia was fantastic - she was confident with her product knowledge, and
shared lots of suggestions that were really helpful to making the right choice. It’s a big purchase decision buying a sofa and I never felt rushed or sold to, and was very grateful for her patience!
I would highly recommend.

I hate it when you enter a shop intending to look around and then are constantly interrupted by a member of staff offering help. An initial enquiry is expected but after that, leave me alone! Nadia Jani was perfect, offered us help but when I explained we were browsing she left us to it. Having decided on a couple of armchair’s, we asked for her assistance and she couldn’t have been more obliging. Giving us lots of advice and information about the goods we were looking at. I would thoroughly recommend this store.

Irshad and Rausheed delivered and installed a new bed. They were friendly. efficient and tidy. Highly recommended

Fabulous service by James Patey - a great salesman. We came in to look at sofas, not necessarily to buy at this stage. James helped us to decide whether to go for a corner sofa or 2 two seaters. We spent a long time in the shop and he showed us so many different options. We ended up buying, not only sofas, but dining room furniture too. Sadly have to wait approx. 12 weeks for delivery.

We purchased a dining table and couldn’t be happier with both the product and the experience. Nile provided truly exceptional service from start to finish. He was incredibly kind, patient, and gave us all the time we needed to choose the right table for our home.

What really stood out was how attentively he listened to our needs and preferences, making thoughtful suggestions without ever feeling pushy.

Nile also took the time to demonstrate the care kit, which was extremely helpful and showed a genuine commitment to making sure we get the best out of our purchase. It made us feel valued and genuinely part of the Furniture Village family.

We purchased a dining table and chairs from Furniture Village yesterday and honestly had to pinch ourselves at how wonderful the experience was.
Our sales consultant, Nile, was incredible. He was kind, genuinely listened to what we needed, and handled everything with honesty and efficiency. It is so rare to meet someone in a sales role who you instantly trust and get on with, and he made us feel truly valued. He turned what could have been a simple purchase into something really special.
The experience was so positive that it actually made us feel like we would love to work for the company too, which says everything about the culture. There is a real sense that the team treat one another like family, and extend that same care to their customers.
We also had the pleasure of meeting James, the store manager, who was equally lovely. He made us feel very welcome and personally thanked us for our business, which was such a thoughtful touch.
It is such a rarity these days to walk away from a purchase feeling this good. Thank you so much, Furniture Village, for such an outstanding experience.

I had a wonderful experience with the in-store staff when I first ordered my mattress, but since then, sadly, the delivery service has not been so great. I ordered a mattress after being let down by the mattress maker directly. But now my order is over a week late, and I, nor the customer service I called, have no idea when I will receive it. The staff I have spoken with are friendly and helpful, and I know it isn't their fault. It is very frustrating, though, when you have spent a lot of money and just keep getting let down. This shouldn't be happening.
