We came into store looking for a sofa that was quick delivery Niall was very helpful and helped us search for the perfect one order placed now awaiting delivery which they said will be within a few weeks

Great store, all staff were very friendly and approachable without being pushy. Big shout out to Marky - super helpful, chatty and the reason I came back after browsing other stores to buy my sofa at the High Wycombe branch.

We were so pleased with our visit to your showroom in High Wycombe. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We are also so pleased with the sofas that we purchased. The delivery men, Kalman and Jobie were absolutely grate, very professional in every way.

Just returned for our second item of furniture. The store is a pleasant, relaxed environment and I like the staff here. Marky helped us this time, he’s really knowledgeable, efficient and easy to talk to.
We shopped around, but found the furniture here to be good quality at a good price.

The Service & Staff ie Nile he was very helpful

We visited the store for the second time to look at dining chairs. We were welcomed by Neil Stringer who recognised us from our first visit, he left us to browse and was available if we needed any help. He wasn’t annoyingly pushy with sales talk!
When we had decided on the chairs he was very efficient at placing the order and very friendly.
We were amazed at the speed to advise us of the delivery date. We ordered on the Saturday, they called on Monday and delivered on Friday.
Delivery was excellent, and we received regular updates about delivery times.

The salesman friendly helpful knew his product he was selling and not pushy.

We have bought furniture from this store before and the staff are helpful and pleasant. Nile Connell served us and was really knowledgeable and very friendly and helpful to discuss our needs. We purchased what we were looking for in no time at all. Very efficient.

Alice was very helpful and was able to find a missing receipt for me and to help me with an enquiry about my product that I had purchased last year. She promptly sent me an email to further help me.

Went into Furniture Village by accident really on Sunday as went to go to another bed store but it had gone! Received a friendly greeting from Nile and also later on James and finished up buying two items as it felt relaxed and non pressured and we were allowed to change our mind several times without any visible rolling of the dyes. We had plenty of time to choose and refine our items and felt a fair price was achieved in the end. Pleased to have met Nile and James

Neil was brilliant! He was super helpful, knowledgeable and made the whole process really easy. Found exactly what we needed and gave great advice. 5 stars and would definitely recommend him.

Nice not to be constantly hassled by pushy salespeople, just one initial “can I help you”… when we were ready to order the salesman (same one who we saw initially) was knowledgeable, friendly, quick and not pushy at all.. a pleasure these days and it led to a trouble free transaction.. after sales delivery service quick too, no complaints..
