Really good experience. Prasad the sales representative was very empathetic and allowed us to walk away and visit other stores to compare prices. Furniture village was competitively priced and we were given an interest free option. So, we decided to put a deposit down on a bed and mattress.

We visited FV Milton Keynes twice over two weekends to ensure we were happy with the suite we eventually chose. On both occasions we dealt with Sales Consultant Stephen Cooper. Stephen's professionalism, knowledge and excellent customer service and patients were outstanding. Throughout the viewing and ordering process, Stephen clearly explained the options, including the suite options, purchase plans, manufacture lead times and delivery. Stephen is a great asset to FV's sales team. Would defiantly look out for Stephen as and when we next visit FV. Thank you Stephen.

Served by Peter was super helpful even after we left the store! Checked our previous sofa measurements and everything to make sure it should fit in the space we need and managed to juggle us on the phone whilst working bank holiday Monday.

We went in saw the sofa we wanted and the assistant Frank was very very helpful he was very clear and told us about the care of the furniture and the cover and 5 year replacement. Excellent service

Excellent experience Kieran was very professional left us to decide on final colour of the sofa after showing us the different fabrics and helped us purchase a bed. We had previously dealt with Liam Kierans brother both excellent and an asset to Milton Keynes branch.

Our experience picking a settee was very positive with Liam at Furniture Village in Milton Keynes. After looking at sizes together we decided that a modular settee would be best for us for the space that we wanted to fill. He was very helpful and informative of the sizes and layouts possible with having the modular range. We felt that he had extensive knowledge of the product. We also looked at other furniture available for our lounge and hope to be back soon to discuss further with Liam . Thank you for your help

Prasad at the MK store was brilliant; friendly, helpful, clear, knowledgeable, made sure we were totally happy with our purchase, especially as it was an ex-display model.
Butlers, the delivery company, were also excellent; clear communications, two great guys helped set up our new furniture, no problems and really helpful.

The staff were very helpful . They answered all my questions . Explained about the delivery . Let me try out the chair and demonstrated how to use it . I was very pleased. Looking forward to receiving my new chair .
