Everyone was very helpful and explain everything about the sofa. How to clean it, how to look after it, and what would happen on receiving delivery?

I highly do not recommend furniture village for multiple reasons.
The products are great, very well priced but the delivery, you will get old waiting.
I placed an order in May and it’s going to be September shortly and still waiting. Stay away

We had such a lovely experience with Jenny, the Sales Leader at Furniture Village in MK today. She was warm, friendly and genuinely helpful, with absolutely no pressure. We had lots of questions and she patiently went through everything with us, checked details with her manager when needed and really did her best to get us a great deal. We left feeling very happy and confident with our purchase. Jenny is a real credit to Furniture Village — thank you for making such a big purchase such an enjoyable experience!

Excellent service received from Liam when we purchased our dining room furniture. He was very knowledgeable and able to advise us accordingly. No pushy sales talk, gave us time to go away and think things over before making a decision.

We walked in to have a look for a sofa but ended up buying one before leaving!

Staff were able to answer my questions and help with measurements so that I could buy the right sized sofa for my living room. I knew which brand of sofa i wanted so it was not difficult to finalise my choice of sofa.

Ordered placed for a Manchester clock in January and was supposed to receive in 28 days. Got it at the end of June with a small defect. Didn't return as I waited so long.
