We went in saw the sofa we wanted and the assistant Frank was very very helpful he was very clear and told us about the care of the furniture and the cover and 5 year replacement. Excellent service

Excellent experience Kieran was very professional left us to decide on final colour of the sofa after showing us the different fabrics and helped us purchase a bed. We had previously dealt with Liam Kierans brother both excellent and an asset to Milton Keynes branch.

Our experience picking a settee was very positive with Liam at Furniture Village in Milton Keynes. After looking at sizes together we decided that a modular settee would be best for us for the space that we wanted to fill. He was very helpful and informative of the sizes and layouts possible with having the modular range. We felt that he had extensive knowledge of the product. We also looked at other furniture available for our lounge and hope to be back soon to discuss further with Liam . Thank you for your help

Prasad at the MK store was brilliant; friendly, helpful, clear, knowledgeable, made sure we were totally happy with our purchase, especially as it was an ex-display model.
Butlers, the delivery company, were also excellent; clear communications, two great guys helped set up our new furniture, no problems and really helpful.

The staff were very helpful . They answered all my questions . Explained about the delivery . Let me try out the chair and demonstrated how to use it . I was very pleased. Looking forward to receiving my new chair .

Excellent selection of dining chairs was thr first thought. But the chap Liam who attended to us was fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable and so friendly. At no time did we feel pressured and he gave us lots of excellent advice on the chairs and also beds. We will come back the the Milton Keynes store rather than northampton just to deal with him.

Well set out showroom and not overcrowded. Salespeople acknowledged our presence but didn’t pressure us. Got help when needed and the person who served us was very helpful and discussed our options.

Great service

Jenny made our shopping experience very comfortable allowing us to look round for dining furniture. We found what we liked and she was onhand to answer any questions. Jenny never rushed us and we never felt pressured. We were extremely pleased with the service and the choice we made.
