Absolutely brilliant service from Scott (the manager) every time we come to the store. Exceptional. It’s a big reason why we keep coming back to the store when we need products.

I had a great experience at Furniture Village in Milton Keynes. Prasad Fernando was extremely friendly, patient, and knowledgeable throughout my visit. He took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. His excellent customer service made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. I would highly recommend both Prasad and the team to anyone looking for quality furniture and outstanding service.

Over priced mis- sold, damaged inferior products and good luck jumping though all the hoops to get a replacement or refund.
The outright lies and incompetence from the sales person to the store manager not to mention Customer care team which needs renaming to we couldn’t care less
Only 1 lady had any decency and her name escapes me now as this has dragged on and on since EASTER

Was promised an email by Khadija within 24/48 hours to resolve our query.
Nothing forthcoming after 3 days.

Peter Conteh provided an outstanding shopping experience from start to finish. He patiently guided us through the store, answered all of our questions thoroughly, and offered relevant information to help us make informed decisions. We never felt rushed while choosing our furniture, and his professionalism, knowledge, and friendly approach made the entire process enjoyable. Overall, it was a perfect shopping experience.
Lastly, in terms of hospitality 5 ***** cos those cookies were everything.

Amazing service from all the team Presad and Frank both exceptional in their knowledge, understanding and commitment to customers, no hard sales and ready to look after you. Nicest touch ever is the coffee bar and fresh oat cookies which Frank says he makes fresh every morning... best experience ever and we will whole heartedly stay in touch with FV for many years to come thanks guys... I used to have a lot of time for furniture village.

Recently purchased a not inexpensive sofa from them.

In just over a year it already looks and feels older than some sofas I've owned for decades.

Also, fixing some accidental damage through their insurance policy took 6 months. (To replace one scratched footrest cover)

Customer service sent out an assessor, who confirmed it wasn't a manufacturer defect(I never claimed it was) and just shrugged and said "sorry"

I'll be avoiding from now on.

I'd probably avoid buying their sofas on their finance policy too, as it might not even last until you've paid it off..

Update:

FV sent out another representative from the same independent assessor. Who again, said it wasn't a manufacturing issue.
At this point I may as well scream into the void.

I'm so annoyed and jaded by the whole process, I just want to throw the thing in the bin.

It seems FV customer service tactic is a war of attrition.

No pressure and left to walk around to make a decision that was right for us.

Khadija provided excellent customer service throughout my experience. She was professional, patient, and very helpful in addressing all of my concerns. She took the time to listen, explained everything clearly, and made the entire process smooth and reassuring.
