Very helpful, very happy with my purchase and the service provided

Stephen was great at helping us choose our sofa. We returned to the shop multiple times to make our decision and each time Stephen was happy to help, seeing if we needed anything, even refreshments! Although being there to help, he wasnt pushy and gave us plenty of time to think. No question was too silly and he made us feel at ease and able to discuss what we needed. The whole process was easy to understand and to follow.

Lovely lady who was really informative and made our purchase an easy one . Great furniture and products in store . Good service . Will be back again for sure

What made our experience great was that we went to Dreams. Even though they could get an estimated date for the next weekend. Each answer we got was blunt however that all changed in furniture village.

Ace was wonderful, he knew exactly how to help us and knew everything he felt he could to make sure we got a bed and mattress as soon as possible. He made us aware of everything he needed to and went above and beyond to make us happy. We left with great discounts (for show room clearances) and smiles on our faces.

We thought we’d spend thousands here but if you give a budget and a time they have certainly proven to make it work.

Well done Ace and the lovely gentleman that helped him. You’ve made moving a lot easier! Proved us to not go to Dreams again.

The staff were friendly, more importantly not pushy at all. Left me to browse and try sofas/chairs etc Kieran was very knowledgeable and everything was smooth sailing - just what I needed.

Staff were very helpful, gave us time and space to discuss between ourselves and gave us a good deal.

I cannot fault the choice of beds and mattresses not can I fault quality and value for money. I was shown exactly what I wanted by an extremely helpful and friendly and knowledgeable salesman. He even made me and my companion a cup of coffee. I was made to feel like I was his number one customer. I shall certainly shop in Furniture Village in Milton Keynes if I ever need to get any more furniture. Altogether a very enjoyable experience.

Probably the worst service I’ve ever experienced waited 14 weeks which was outside the 12 week limit then lost my order so wasn’t delivered when promised and spoke to customer care who’s response was it’s a big wharehouse what do you expect us to do very odd
But when they did deliver them the legs on the chars were chipped and was told I would get a response in 72 hours but didn’t get any response at all so after 2 1/2 weeks call the complaints department who denied having pictures taken in front of me by the delivery driver
The lady Donna I spoke to was unhelpful and sarcastic maybe get a job better suited to that kind of personality
I’m left with nothing being offered so clearly pass you around until you give up
I’m emailing the CEO of the company as these people don’t care
On a plus side Peter Conteh was so helpful when we purchased the chars and if this review was based on Peter who helped me when they list my order then it would be a five star review but the care team have ruined my experience sorry for being a customer?

A refreshing change from the usual showroom experience… Stephen the sales person introduced himself and said he would leave us alone to browse but to give him a shout if we needed anything. Once we had made a decision he couldn’t have been more helpful, explaining everything we needed to know clearly and professionally. Would certainly recommend the Milton Keynes store.

Great customer service!!

Firstly, Furniture Village had the sofa and chair that we were looking for. When we were looking around we were approached by Stephen (sales assistant) who gave us some information, was not pushy and left us to browse. Prior to us leaving the store to browse other furniture shops, Stephen approached again making sure we were happy with our visit. He was polite, knowledgeable and courteous. So much so, that after visiting 5 other competitors we returned to FurniyVillage. We sought out Stephen who assisted us with our seamless purchase. We had lovely complimentary coffee and my granddaughter had a nice warm cookie. Lovely hassle free experience. Thank you.

After entering the store I was given time to shop around without being asked if I needed help straight away.
When I needed help I was attended promptly.
All my questions were answered in a friendly, respectful and informative manner.
Peter was extremely helpful and patient with me.

Had a fantastic experience at Furniture Village Milton Keynes! Frank, the sales advisor, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, guiding us through all the options without any pressure. Rob, the manager, also went above and beyond to make sure we were happy.

Helpful when visiting the store, but poor follow up. My order needed amending which 2 days after calling the sales person at the store has still not been done. The online sales team informed me through the web chat that they were unable to assist as all order changes needed to be conducted by the store....so what's the point of having an online sales team? The sales person who dealt with my order is now not at work for a couple of days and the store manager also seems to be unavailable so trying to get any administrative assistance is proving to be a bit of a challenge.

We had a terrible experience with the manager at this store who for starters doesn’t even know the basics of friendly customer service. Upon approaching him, he asked yeah what? When we tried to discuss the matter with him, he didn’t even try to help or understand our problem despite the misinformation from their end. He was abrupt and did not try even an inch to show any understanding when talking to him. He was rude whilst all we wanted was a polite conversation. We were very keen on buying this product at the price it was at, however after experiencing the appalling customer service on his end despite knowing there had been miscommunication from the staff about the product, the tone of the manager was disgusting and borderline racist for which reason we decided not to purchase in the end. We will not be going back to this specific store because of the manager. The remaining stuff were very lovely and helpful but the way in which the manager conducted himself, we didn’t want to take our money to his store. They lost out on a very big purchase because of him. Be warned.
