The service was good from start to finish, i purchased the Cashmere dinning set with sideboard, coffee and side table love it. That good just went back and purchased two more side table’s

My shopping experience at the Milton Keynes store was terrible. My delivery was delayed without explanation or a courtesy call. When I returned to complain, the store manager was incredibly rude. I then made a complaint through aftercare and was promised a call or email from the regional manager but that never materialised. As a result, I’m not sure I or any other family members will shop there again.

They did a good job

I am more than happy with the initial buying experience and the sales man was very helpful and thorough, a little confusion and crossed wires at one point when my daughter paid off the remaining balance, but all ok and the furniture is here. I love it thankyou furniture Village

Peter Conteh was super helpful. Me n my daughter just visited the shop to have a look but we left with a purchase of 2 sofas. He was very professional and has cute smile on his face. I will score him 10 out of 10

I was deciding between 2 company’s when purchasing my 2 sofas , but the professional, kind and friendly service from Kieran and team at Furniture Village made the choice easy.

We were able to browse freely at first but staff were available and knowledgeable when required. The manager was especially helpful and approachable without being overbearing. He kept us informed about products and the other salesman was excellent too. The manager realised we had shopped here before and looked us up on the system! We had in fact purchased furniture here - 10 years ago! The drinks and cookies were a welcome addition again after we’d made our selection and were completing the paperwork. Glad you haven’t cut this out! It’s a delightful touch and we would recommend this branch to anyone wanting excellent customer service. We shall await our furniture now and appreciate the after care package too. Thankyou to Rob, Prasad and team

The staff was excellent not pushy not overbearing. A nice relaxed experience

We were treated with respect and kindness. The gentleman was attentive, understanding, well presented and efficient.

I dealt with a sales person named Prasad, who was friendly and knowledgeable about the stores’s products. He was professional and polite throughout the sales process, and explained the total cost and delivery times clearly. Great customer service.

Full of issues , delayed delivery, damaged parts , wrongly assembled wardrobes and still can’t use 1 of my wardrobes after 4 months of waiting due to wrong parts and wrong assemble. Just terrible customer service as no one still bothered to call us. Thanks for sending the survey. I will also be raising an official complaint and will be looking for a compensation.

Excellent service right from the word go, from ordering through to delivery and assembling our furniture.

Extremely disappointed with Furniture Village. This has been one of the worst after-sales experiences I’ve ever had. I spent nearly £7,000 on furniture, trusting all the promises made by the salesperson about “excellent customer service.” Sadly, once the sale was completed, everything changed.

I placed the order in November 2025 and I’m writing this review in May 2026 — after more than 5 months of endless chasing with no proper resolution. Every time I contact customer care, I hear a new story, new excuses, and more empty promises, but absolutely no actionable outcome. It feels like customers are simply ignored after payment is made.

What makes this even more frustrating is that the salesperson pushed hard for a 5-star Google review at the time of purchase, constantly talking about how amazing their service was. I genuinely wanted to support them and even spent time writing a glowing review back then. Today, I completely regret it.

For comparison, I bought furniture from Oak Furniture land around the same time, and when there were minor issues, they resolved them quickly and professionally. That showed me what real customer service actually looks like.

Furniture Village seems interested only until the payment is made. After-sales service is absolutely pathetic. I would strongly advise people to think twice before spending their hard-earned money here.

Milton Keynes branch - Peter C provided outstanding customer service—he was patient, knowledgeable about the products, and very friendly. He offered excellent recommendations and kept me well informed throughout, even though I didn’t know my confirmed completion date at the time of purchase. His communication was consistently great.
