Liam was soooo patient and knowledgable on such a huge range of the products on offer, and being as I needed to furnish bedrooms and a dining room, Liam took me through several ranges and allowed me time to test out loads of mattresses across 2 days. I recently visited the Furniture Village shop in Milton Keynes. I had never been to such a lovely store like this before. It was so neat, tidy and clean. All the staff were friendly and helpful and the coffee machine made the best coffee. I was looking to buy a small 2 seater reclining settee and thanks to a superb Salesman called Stephen Cooper he found me the perfect one in his showroom for me to try ...I bought it there and then and Stephen arranged the delivery which was also great so I cannot praise Stephen and all the staff enough....their people skills and product knowledge is excellent and I really congratulate and thank them for all their help.
