I found the staff, Andy, helpful and easy to discuss our furniture with, options etc. The delivery guys were also polite,efficient and respectable of our property. Have just placed another order. Thank you furniture Village.

Everything arrived on time as promised, they communicated well regarding delivery time. When Rob and Joe arrived with the delivery they were very efficient and polite.

Michael Carling has been so helpful, friendly and courteous throughout our purchasing journey. We popped into the store in February but went back to purchase just because of him and his help to find the right product. A real asset to the company.

The delivery was prompt and on time. Both drivers were very friendly, polite and accommodating, offering advice on how best to handle and care for our purchases. A very positive experience.

Parking tickets for customers!
After spending ages in their shop we got a parking ticket. The shop would not contact the parking company unless we purchased something even though they remembered we were in the shop.
Not to worry, one of their neighbours did get the ticket refunded. We therefore spent our money there instead 😀

Was told mattress would be delivered in 3 weeks from order, over 4 weeks now. No communication to explain delays but on their tracker it says another 8 days but that's delivered to Furniture Village not to me
In this day and age communication is so easy so I should give it 1 star

As always, furniture village gave a 110% all round customer service. Accommodating, friendly and not pushy. Sharon Davies is worth her weight in gold, we have bought several things with Sharon’s help and guidance. It’s always great to be greeted with a smiling friendly face and remembering us. Had a fabulous experience yesterday with Michael Carling. He couldn’t have done more for me and my mum when she was buying her new bed. A thoroughly pleasant experience.

I would give zero if I could
Paid good money as I expected decent service.
All phone numbers are automated, nobody picks up and I waited in all day for my delivery that hasn’t happened.
Disgusting service

Non delivery of item ordered, tried phoning but no answer & did not return call as stated on automated call. On tracking it only stated delayed with a new date that has also passed. Would not reccomend to anyone & wont purchase from them again.

Rob and Joe were truly professional and very pleasant people to have in our home 👍 Furniture Village are fortunate to have them on the payroll Thanks again

Great delivery from Rob and Joe, very thoughtful, clean and respectful. Even entertained the kids.

Rob and Joe were great, took extra care through a tight entrance from our side porch and got everything done so quick.
