Excellent service from Shiva, I went in the shop on 2 occasions and she remembered me and what we looking for. She explained the products well and very knowledgeable.

Kevin @preston was great, he gave us space and time to go through what we needed and then made the purchases quick and easy, he also went out of his way to explain multiple times what came with and what didn’t as I had trouble taking it in, so thankyou

We were served recently by a young lady, Shiva Hosseinnia, who was extremely helpful, friendly and most definitely patient. We were in the store for quite some time and even over ran closing time as we had then decided to make a purchase.
Shiva was very thorough, going through different aspects of the sofa we chose and we never felt rushed at any time and her homemade cookies were fantastic!!!
Looking forward to receiving our sofa any time soon and would definitely recommend your store, particularly Shiva, to family and friends. Thank you.

From entering the store we felt welcome. Shiva greeted us and asked if she could help. We explained what we were looking for. Shiva should us some excellent options and explained colour and fabric options thoroughly. It didn’t take us long to choose which we were having. We both felt there was no need to look else where, as it was a great price and suited our needs. The whole buying process was well explained and Shiva made it an easy transaction. We will definitely come here again and hopefully deal with shiva.

From the moment we walked in the door, one of the male employees employees never left us alone. He frog marched us to the other side of the store, past all the dining sets i wanted to look at, to look at something he thought wen wanted to show us.
I wanted a nice browse round the store in my own time but instead He was pecking at us the whole visit. He never left us alone. I started to feel like I was being bullied and after a while walked away from the rest of our group. A member of my family came to find me saying the employee had gone and we managed to have a short look around before the same employee appeared behind us stating he had come up the back stairs!
Not a good experience in this store and I doubt ill be recommending this store to anyone.

We had previously been into the shop in Preston and spoken with Carolyn regarding a suite we liked and she was very polite and helpful and not at all pushy. As we could not decide she did not push us in anyway to buy it and we carried on looking then left.
We called in again yesterday and looked at the same suite and Carolyn came over to us and remembered us from the last time we were in. She was very helpful and went through everything again. We were undecided on the colour so she advised us to take the sample away from the window as the sun was shining on it to show a more realistic colour which we did and the colour did look different when away from the sunlight. This made the choice much easier. She explained everything to us in great detail about the 5 year protection package and what do if we do get a stain on and gave us peace of mind that this suite should last and still look good for many years.
I would highly recommend to my friends to go in and ask for Carolyn who will be more than pleased to help them.

We went to Furniture Village after weeks of looking for a dining set. It was a refreshing change not to have sales follow us and annoyingly try to push us to something we clearly didnt want. We spoke with Kevin, very helpfull, polite, knows his stuff, and gave us several options without being at all pushy. and will definatly be going there again in the future.

Shiva was so friendly and efficient. We had a very enjoyable experience in purchasing our new dining table. Nothing was too much trouble. We would highly recommend Shiva.

Yet again fabulous service from Jay. We bought a sofa from him last year and came back today for a dinning set. Nothing was too much trouble.

Just purchased 2+1. Good and straightforward experience. Abdul was looking after us throughout the choice and purchase.
