I chose the item of furniture I wanted, and was quickly processed by a sales person so the order went through in minutes. Less than 10 minutes after leaving the store, I was contacted with details of my order delivery - which is less than a week from purchase. Excellent service. Very impressive.

I cant praise the staff at the Southampton branch enough . Alex who sold us our sofa 11 weeks ago helped me today . One sofa was too big for my living room on the day of delivery the manager allowed me to exchange it to a smaller one . The cost was minimal but the help he gave me was massive i cant thank them enough . My last sofa lasted 15 years and still going strong . Also thank you to my two delivery drivers amazing got the sofa in no trouble with no damage . One word AMAZING service all round 😀

From the outset, Victoria was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the furniture we were looking at, not pushy (which has the opposite effect for me) but professional and courteous. We have now had our new 3 piece suite delivered by Brendon and Joseph who in turn did a professional job and kept us well informed as to delivery time, so well pleased about that. The whole experience of buying from Furniture Village has to date been exactly what others would do well to achieve as it leads to repeat business and good customer experiences. Many thanks.

Order all new bedrrom furniture on 1st March had all furniture and matress delivered apart from bed which seems to get later and later delivery date. now saying 26th June. had no reason given for delay. only when log into account is when i find out thats its been delayed yet again.
will not be ordering of these ever again.

We came into the Southampton store only knowing that we wanted a double bed for a guest room and David the salesman gave great advice and we settled on a ottoman style with loads of storage. I've used this store on several occasions now and the service has always been excellent.
