Furniture Village - Taunton Reviews 

It was an Amazing experience with Chris at Taunton Furniture Village. We came to buy one sofa but ended up also buying a dining table and got them both for great value.

The showroom was bright and welcoming. We were met by a friendly Sales Consultant Tim at the Taunton branch, who immediately remembered our conversation on the phone the previous day. He was extremely helpful at suggesting which sofas we looked at after discussing are personal preferences. We felt no pressure and were impressed with the level of selection that was offered. We were happy to make a decision that day and came away happy with our choice.
The Company offer a great selection & variation on the furniture to suit personal choice. Looking forward to our delivery. Great service….and hot chocolate! Thanks Tim.

We went to buy a sofa suite and dining table and chairs.We were helped by a very nice man called Michael.He was very helpful,knowledgeable and chatty.He put both my wife and I at ease.No pushing and nothing was to much trouble

Good choice and a very pleasant experience walking around the large store. Seeing the furniture for real and not online means we can check colours and see the size.
Gary was great and gave advice when required and left us to think and discuss alone without being pushy. Looking forward to receiving our furniture soon.

Chris in the Taunton branch was amazing, spent hours showing us all the mattresses and was not pushy with his sale and we happily bought the right mattress that suited both os us. Thank you so much

The staff were so friendly and helpful and happy to let me browse.
They explained everything about my purchase very clearly.
Delivery was made clear and what they would do and what they wouldn’t.

nice relaxed experience buying a new sofa today. Gary gave us space to consider what we were looking for and gave us an alternative which worked out to be the one we choose. Easy transaction.
Would recommend new seats at the consultation desk though, lets the sleek appearance of the shop down and makes me question what it’s like behind the scenes. Not a good feeling for where you part with your hard earned cash!

Adam, the advisor was knowledgeable and listened to what we were looking for, he had the perfect balance of being available without being over bearing.
The store had a wide range of choice for what we were looking for.

Michael made the whole experience with buying our new tv bed exceptionally easy! Found us an amazing deal and sorted delivery and included care + for a price we couldn’t turn down!

From choosing the suite until delivery everything went smoothly. The staff were pleasant and friendly, especially Joe and Dave the delivery team. I will use again.

Tim was brilliant from start to finish couldn’t fault him the one thing I would also say is that he’s not a typical pushy sales person which I hate feeling of being under pressure. Explained everything so clearly I would definitely recommend.

Excellent service from Kerry Richards very pleasant experience and very patient with our many choice changes, will always make Taunton store our first point of call.

We knew the sofa we wanted so pretty straightforward for the sales consultant. Tim Ephgrave (Tim no Mon no Fri ) was still excellent, giving us every piece of useful information and more. He had such a pleasant, professional character, making us feel comfortable and confident in his work. I will be recommending both the company and Tim, to my sister who is about to look for a sofa. Tim was fantastic - a genuinely honest and knowledgeable guy who was massively patient and with no silly sales gimmicks to get you to buy something. Quite rare, in my view for someone to show real interest in wanting you, as the customer to find the right product you’ll be happiest with. I’d highly recommend going to see Tim if you’re looking for a new mattress like I was (although he knows loads about sofas too…..!)
