Was warmly welcomed by Tim Ephgrave who showed me around and i made a great choice of furniture i wanted and he was so patient to answer all my questions and was offered cookies too. Had a wonderful time shopping.

I was welcomed warmly and shown around with patience by a friendly staff called Tim and i purchased a dining set.

Sales consultant, Tim Ephgrave was excellent, most informative. And the two home deliverymen, Joe and Sancho were superb, putting together the all electric Italian sofa and teaching how to use it. First class company.

Fabulous service from Adam who was very helpful throughout, giving us the time and space to decide and get the decision right.

The gentleman myself and my daughter dealt with was very helpful

Today we went into Taunton Branch to by a bed.
We were served by Sales consultant Adam Metcalfe, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

I don’t do shopping very much… especially in furniture shops because there’s usually that feeling of - uh oh… these guys are all around me like lions round a gazelle…
Fortunately in FV it wasn’t like this - no one being pushy… people just being pleasant… the whole team working together not individually because of commission. So we ended up making multiple purchases and I’d happily shop there again…

Adam from Fv Taunton was very kind and helpful from the minute I walked through the door. Brilliant service, would 100% recommend visiting the Taunton store.

Went into Taunton branch this morning, Tim was helpful and engaging without being pushy. Another female member of staff was very nice and engaging also which I thought showed a good staff environment. Very happy and now waiting for delivery.

Bought a two seater recliner settee from Adam Metcaffe at the Taunton shop who looked after us exceptionally well. Organised for the recliner settee to be set up so we could test it and then arranged a very speedy delivery for us.

Nothing was too much trouble, sales people were friendly and welcoming without being obtrusive. Lots of choice in a variety of fabrics and colours so very pleased with our visit

What a great all round experience this was and excellent customer service from Tim and Lexi in the store.

I loved being left alone to explore the ranges with my wife with just gentle reminders they were there to help which made making a decision much easier.

I'm a pretty grumpy old man after 40 years senior customer service management roles with a few big brands leaving me with a genuine dislike of most human conversations in their entirety but when you meet 2 genuinely nice individuals with great personalities what was a chore became great fun and an absolute pleasure.

Tim took care of the sale and paperwork and it was so nice to speak to such a knowledgeable guy with great customer service skills leaving me feeling a mate was selling us our furniture and not a salesman.

We had visited both your main competitors earlier today for which I was not enamoured with either, from the service on offer the the ranges available which left my Grumpyometer way in the red before coming into the store with a feeling of dread.

Tim was charming immediately and reduced my ticking time bomb of grumpiness to virtually nothing in no time, polished off with lovely service from Lexi too and just by being so awesome we bought the furniture because there was no pressure just great service.

Both Lexi and Tim are an absolute credit to you as a company. I can see why Lexi has just been promoted and Tim is clearly a high performer as they did what most of us grumpy old people want, had a laugh with us, let us take our time and made us feel like individuals and not just a sale.

Grumpy Keith and Lovely Theresa were made to feel like fabulous human beings today and made to feel we mattered when these days lots of people never think about that anymore. Yes you employ them to sell stuff, but both are genuinely nice human beings who it is not a chore or hard for them to make us feel we mattered and were only going to get the best of service.

Thanks again Tim and Lexi and for anyone who might think oh he's not really a grumpy old man, look at some of my other reviews on trustpilot and you will see I really am and today was just a fabulous, positive experience 😁
