Not happy, they don’t answer their phone at weekends and I have to keep chasing different staff for my Oder that was due to me 5 days ago!!! I have to phone them again tomorrow, they can’t arrange for someone to call me!!!

Good experience no pushy sales the sales man was knowledgeable and help us with our decision

Michael greeted us upon arrival and initially provided us with some very useful information. He then left us alone to look around all the sofas/bed sofas at our leisure.
During our visit, he also provided us with a small cup of iced water, which was a very nice touch in this hot weather situation.
The experience was so easy and straight forward. Having made our sofa choice, we paid in full and left the store in a great mood. Would definitely recommend to others!

Very helpful... Chris made us feel that we were just as important to him ,as he was to us. Very happy with our visit. Chris promised if he got a scratch card from his boss, and won, he would share it with us 😆 🤣

Shaun Yates was brilliant and manage to get a manager discount.

My husband and I were served today by Shaun in the Taunton store, who was up from the Plymouth branch. What an extremely helpful and pleasant assistant - a credit to Furniture Village. There was no hard sell, just friendly, knowledgeable advice. We ended up buying two new mattresses and a sleigh bed. Thank you Shaun.

Gary is an outstanding member of staff, we returned to buy our 3rd sofa from Furniture Village because of our previous experience with him. We have also found Nicoletti to be an excellent product. The Blue Light Discount was also very welcome and a big factor.

Very disappointing experience from start to finish. I cancelled my furniture order due to a delayed delivery after speaking with a salesperson, who confirmed that the cancellation process requested

Despite this, I later received a photo frame that was part of the cancelled order. When I contacted the store, instead of apologising and arranging collection, I was told that I had to return it to the Poole store, which is a long distance from where I live.

The communication between staff was very poor, and I received inconsistent information throughout the process. I am very disappointed with the improper communication, lack of organisation, and poor customer service. A customer should not be inconvenienced because of the store's mistake.

I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves its communication and customer service.

Great buying experience, no pressure from staff at all. Lots of great advice and information. Was in the store nearly 90 mins as we browsed and was assisted throughout. Everything explained clearly once we had chosen. A really great environment. Highly recommended!

Gary was brilliant! He greeted us and left us to browse. When we were ready to discuss a purchase he was on hand to help. No pressure just assistance.
