Where do you want me to start...the first salesperson couldn't have give a dam what she sold us! Luckily we bumped into Phil who actually took the time to make sure we got what we wanted.

As for the installation...what a disaster! One chair ripped, table damaged! Absolutely disgrace and a farce..let's see what customer service come up with!
Never ever again will I use furniture village!

Amazing customer service!
Jayne Sargeant at Furniture Village was an absolute joy. She greeted my Mum and I as we entered the store and led us up to the beds department. She was so friendly, really knew her stuff and helped us choose 2 new beds. The buying process was quick and efficient and the lovely coffee and cookies was an added bonus.
