Very helpful and made everything very easy to understand , thanks to Wil.

The range was good so we had a lot of choice. The store was set out attractively. The sales consultant Jayne Sargeant was extremely helpful. However we did not feel pressured.

Had a brilliant experience at Furniture Village Telford. Jayne was amazing. She answered all our questions, was personable and helped us through the paperwork with ease and efficiency. Can’t comment on the dining room set we have ordered as yet but based on the support and assistance we received I am sure it will be perfect when it arrives. Highly recommend this store and of course Jayne!

Superb service, whilst browsing we were approached politely by Phil, who offered us a beverage, which we declined and he gave us space which was appreciated as we find it off putting being followed about. We saw the sofas we wanted and let Phil know we were interested, he gave us a wealth of information and went through the different options ensuring we were fully informed before committing to the purchase.
He was very friendly and professional and we felt valued as customers. So much so we bought a framed picture and came back again later for a dining table bench as we wanted to reconfigure our current dining table, which we bought from Furniture Land 5 years ago and it still looks brand new! The quality of their furniture is outstanding and well worth the investment and the professionalism of the staff is second to none.

We arrived at furniture village, having planned everything out and had a concept of what we needed.
However, after going through the various options with Karen Cook, we slightly modified our order to suit the wife’s taste.
Karen made the experience easy and to an extent enjoyable.
Caveat to this, is we have only just placed the order and paid. We expect the delivery and installation process to be as easy but that remains to be seen.

We bought a mattress from the Telford store from Jayne Sargent. Was a great experience and Jayne helped me and partner out finding the right mattress for a great price. Will definitely return to this store.

Offer help and advice and then leave you to explore on your own without pestering, but there if needed. Lovely, friendly sales lady (Gemma). A very good customer experience.
