We bought a sofa today from furniture village superbly helped by Tony Dhillon. He looked after us so well! Coffee and a cookie when we arrived and just the right amount of check-ins to see how we were getting on. And he was very patient when we were too complicated with our payment card! Five stars!

Great service from the get go, in store we dealt with Phil at the Telford branch, great friendly guy who clearly know's his furniture, delivery was only 4 weeks from ordering which was impressive as the sofa we were replacing took 16 weeks, The delivery was very smooth, the guys (Rhys & Leigh) we fantastic, shoe's off although i was happy for them to leave them on, very helpful and moved my old sofa to the garage for me, set up the furniture exactly where i wanted it without even asking, took all the mess away and were very professional. Overall amazing service and I will be returning to Telford store to order my furniture in the future.
