Jayne Sargeant served us for our purchase for a new dining table. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. We were able to choose the dining table and chairs.

There was lots of choices of sofas. I was provided with plenty of information to help me choose the right sofas for me. Staff are knowledgeable, professional and friendly.

Walk into the Telford store and immediately saw exactly what we wanted. We were greeted by Will who was happy to help, but didn’t put us under any pressure to buy. Went home and measured the room, returned today and purchased the goods with the help of Will, who was extremely helpful and professional in his service delivery.

I think we were an easy sale, as we had already chosen the mattress we were after before entering the store. But Will was really helpful and answered any questions we had. First time using furniture village, glad we did!

We have been looking for a sofa for a while and after a terrible experience in SCS next door, we got very put off looking in stores for a long while! Finally hit the limit with our old sofa and came in to furniture village, we were greeted by Will who asked us what we were looking for and answered our questions but then let us browse and chill out without being in any way pushy/ adding pressure to buy on the spot - absolute 10/10!

After we had looked at a couple of sofas he gave us some advice and gave us his card so that we could measure up and have time to think at home. We came back to buy a sofa the next day and had same chilled out experience - it’s exactly what we wanted and was so nice to have a genuinely friendly person helping us! Thank you Will!
