In truth, the service was what you would expect whenever you buy procucts online . . . but seldom ever get! FYFO can't be faulted for delivery, notification and follow up.

The only reservation to purchasing from them again is that I had to pay £10 postage to return the shoes (great, just not the right fit for me). This made it an expensive exercise. It's a tricky one as I understand the costs to the supplier but there are a lot out there where you can return goods FOC.

Found what i was looking for service was fast and happy with my purchase. Recommend FYFO to anyone and everyone !!!

Really great shoes, service was excellent.

I found the exact shoes I was looking for in my size which is not always easy when you are a size 3. The gorgeous shoes were dispatched immediately and I had them a couple of days later.

I bought 2 pairs of shoes here, arrived quickly, all in order. One pair had o be returned after 4 months as they were getting leaky, a manufacturing problem. Martin and Monica were very helpful and patient and I got a full refund. I am definitely going to buy from them again, either from their site or via Amazon or Ebay.

I ordered some winter boots from FYFO. Cheapest I could find of those particular boots anywhere on the internet. Arrived the next day. Perfectly packaged. Exactly as described. Love the boots. Would happily use this company again.

i chose next day delivery and the delivery came right on time. the shoe was also exactly like the picture displayed on their website.

the fitting was perfect. shoes were rally comfortable.

Saw these boots for my daughter in a local shop, but they didn't have in her size. Finally tracked them down on your web site. Delighted as slightly cheaper than in store and free delivery. Couldn't believe it when they arrived the next day.

I have been looking for a pair of grey Manas boots for a while, where everywhere else were selling them at a much higher price, FYFO had them at such a low price, an unbelievable price!
I ordered them straight away. The next day they were delivered!!

Can't beat them on price or speed of delivery

Website looks a bit cheapy, but works fine and is clear. Would like some more info after ordering. For example, don't know who's gonna deliver my stuff. (Send to holland)
